Also there is just 1 playoff spot up for grabs. While 4 teams are technically alive it will surely come down to Tactleneck vs Wacky Waving Men.

Wacky needs to beat Tactleneck by 32.82 to take his spot.

Tebowski can get in with a Tactleneck loss and if they win but score 53.73 points more than them. Or 53.72 if Wacky wins by 32.82.

Of course Wacky and Tebowski can up the number needed for eachother if they both get up there. In a 3-way points tie or a 2-way without Tactleneck, it goes to Tebowski.

The Playoffs are set!

I adjusted ImPressive's score last week to reflect his loss to me this week. I can't adjust my matchup score this week until the result is considered final but it is a win regardless and would only affect my points against which isn't important to the standings.

We had a 3-way tie for 6th but the tiebreaker was points for so Tactleneck is in. ImPressive holds on to the #1 seed and Chargin Chimps reclaims the #2 spot and a bye before the playoffs thanks to an assist from his brother. Adds/Drops will be locked for anyone not in the main playoffs.

#2 chargin chimps (10-3)
#3 Park Lane Pimps (10-3) vs #6 Tactleneck (6-7)
#4 Save A Horse (9-4) vs #5 P.U.P. List (7-6)

Good Luck! Anyone can win it. Ask Spress. He was the #6 seed with a 6-7 record and won it last year.

P.S. If the tiebreaker was H2H we'd have the same teams in the playoffs but #2&3 would swap as the Pimps won both meetings. These rules were mentioned here but not updated at FF. This was mentioned here when we set it up so it takes priority.

Also the 6 playoff teams own the top 5 points scored from the season. The exception is Save A Horse who finished 9th. Some scheduling luck there. They also own a 9-game winning streak since starting 0-4.

 

Apparently I can't lock add/drops for individual teams. I ask that all teams eliminated from the playoffs do not add or drop anyone anymore. You can play the consolation but you must use your current rosters.

If the score holds and there are no corrections it looks like I will survive our game by .5 Ill try and do you proud and win it all now.

 

Not sure who won yet Jean. I was down .5 before that last fumble and recovery. Yet it still has me down .5 with no players left.

How do I not get points for a fumble and a recovery. If that's the case that is horse shit.

Just wait. I think Carolina D is missing a sack in FF and should have 11 points. I will look into it. If it is not corrected and it appears it should be 11 points I will contact FF admin first and then possibly look to see what it says on other sites to make sure I am not mistaken. I may ave to award SPress that extra point as long as it's official on the game sheet. I'm not playing ref, just going to have what should be there.

UPDATE: I already asked them to look into it so that will keep them from overlooking it at least.

1 point for every fumble applied to every 2 fumbles. What does that mean (I think I know and it's stupid terminology and scoring process if that's the case)

No SPress I believe the fumbles are correct. I believe there were only 2 in the game by Carolina, both lost. You got one point for each force and recovery. Maybe FF updated it quickly before your feed got it. The real issue seems to be the missing sack but I will look into it all. I sent the message to FF. Now we just wait.

If something is decided by tomorrow then the loser please remove any waiver claims you have for tomorrow overnight.

Actually forget all that. I think I looked at the wrong team. Carolina only has 1 sack. I will still look into it but I don't think Carolina had 2 forced fumbles before the last one. I think you only had 8 points before that play.

Keep an eye out for corrections though.

 

SPress I think I know exactly what happened.

You did have 10 points but then it went down to 8 points after the Kelley TD. After that you had nothing until the fumble and recovery which brought it back up to 10.

Barring any other corrections I believe Jean won fair and square.

We need to amend the scoring if that's the way. Maybe it's my bad for not following it tight. But when your down .5 and your defense forces and recoveres a fumble. One would think they won.

And then you ended up going down 2.5 in the 4th because after allowing 6 more points you fell from
5 extra points when total Points Allowed is between 7 and 13 (inclusive)
to
3 extra points when total Points Allowed is between 14 and 20 (inclusive)

So the whole 2nd half you were actually not at 10 points. Only for the entire 3rd quarter. In the 4th you dropped to 8 before finally going back to 10 on the fumble.
