Will there be a Yeary League next season?

 

Yes it is back next year. Everyone keeps their spots and we will expand from 10 up to at most 14. Odd numbers work as well.

If more people want in we'll just make another league. My other brother wants out of the simple keeper league and into this one (where he originally was supposed to be was going to miss the draft). I'd like to say first come first served for the rest but it's too soon to make promises. We'll worry about that next year closer to the draft.

 

As long as there is no 'L' involved I see no reason why not!

New owners is fine with me but I say we start a petition to keep Lyman.

Yes it was. We both acknowledged it and everyone knew so it's official. We are now at 12 with Lym tentatively still in.

P.S. I noticed we previously said a max limit of 14 teams so we can go to that if we have the numbers. I can set it with odd numbers as well so no problem with 11 or 13 if we can't get it even.

 

That would suck...Who wants a bye week in the middle of the season? I mean a literal bye week, where you aren't playing anyone...with 11 teams, 2 teams would have 2 bye weeks. Just my opinion, but you can't have an odd number of teams..

We covered it before. With 11 teams 2 teams would essentially be playing two games in the same week and their 2nd bye week score against a phantom team would be adjusted to be a game against eachother. The commishes would take those spots so as not to make it complicated for anyone else. But it was works rather simply. I doubt it needs to go to that though as well likely have more. As for 13 it's like 14 roundrobin with a bye for everyone.

 

I temporarily expanded the league to our maximum 14. If you are returning then please check in here. If you are leaving then please remove your team if you are able to. The league draft date will likely be set for the back half of summer.
