The look you give when a db tries to imply that he can actually cover Flash Gordon. Completely incidental that I noticed this, my computer happened to lag at this exact moment. I think he actually broke the internet.
While standing in front of “panel 2” (AB/J2S2): “Should’ve been number one, but then I listened to this guy.”
yes, meaning he had to have been on the fence with the decision and his opinion was easily swayed. It's not that hard.
I would think it had to have something to do with it. They referenced having a consistent QB like Taylor would mean wonders for Flash.
For the last twenty years or so, my standard response to the Q - "how will the Browns do?" , has been "8-8 worse case scenario"... So take this with a grain of salt. My pre - Preseason prediction for the Browns is gonna get real now. I think 7 wins is probably the number if we have the typical Cleveland luck factor going. If for some reason the football Gods smile upon Cleveland for the first time in ages, well then I don't see why 10 or 11 wins isn't a possibility. I understand it's a lot of new parts, but I just have a feeling this team is gonna start playing well in a hurry. Talent is talent. This is a young strong hungry team that is hellbent on showing the world how things have changed with Cleveland Browns football....Hard Knocks is gonna get us started. The Browns just might be "America's team" this year... Please, I beg, if you're even thinking about it, remember this is a Cleveland Browns thread, and spare the lecture about how these guys haven't done anything yet. We've been down that road...I understand the situation.....We will see how they look soon enough, but there absolutely a positive vibe going with this team...The schedule looks tough, but I don't think these guys are gonna be intimidated at all...I see a resurgence in Cleveland that is not unlike what we just witnessed in Jacksonville....
I am really torn about the Browns. I want them to succeed and to see how this board blows up more than it has. The one thing I don't want to see is some bs like the fumble happen again. Maybe a new culture can take place and give all you fans some good years.
This is actually what will happen. The Ravens are average and their draft was mediocre, at best. Cleveland is on the rise and this year their fans should see 7 wins, in my opinion.
Average why? They filled a huge need at TE w the best TE in the draft...moved up and took their Slash QB for the future and had 10-12 starters/backups lost for the year on IR in ‘17...I expect them to win 10-11 games and contend for division...also added Crabtree, Brown and Snead
Flacco hasn't been the same since Torrey left. #5 can no longer use that designed "40-yard DPI play" they liked to go to several times a game.
Snead was great... with a great QB throwing to him. Crabtree... overrated (and he now has a lesser QB throwing to him). Brown... they don't have the REALLY GOOD Brown, they've got some other Brown. Ratbirds=Mediocre.
Flacco is better than Jackson, but Jackson was mentioned in your rebuttal. Which is it? You mentioned Lamar Jackson because Flacco is mediocre and Jackson is up and coming. But we are talking 2018 and at this point Jackson is NOT in the conversation because... (see first 5 words of this post and see your previous post) Back to my point: Flacco is mediocre and so his football team. Disagree? Stopper Merry-Go-Round Alert! (I've seen this before... on the Browns' boards)
Well in my first post I said QB of the future therefore Flacco is the starter...I called Lamar slash thinking he will be used by a former Steeler QB but maybe u didn’t understand that...it really wasn’t hard to follow so if u think it was a merry go round that’s up to u
So... I'm right. Ratbirds are mediocre and they drafted mediocre. Flacco makes the FA haul... mediocre. Riddle solved. We were talking about Cleveland's predicted wins in 2018, right? And I claimed that the Ratbirds are mediocre (FACT). We were then talking about how Baltimore would fair in... 2018 (not Jackson's year to start). Recap over. Don't make me call The Pound on you.
