With respect to QB Charting, here's our newest (#5):

One of the key metrics for him is that 1.6% turnover-worthy throws.

Not only did Bills QB Tyrod Taylor have the highest time in the pocket but also the highest percentage of plays lasting 2.6 seconds or more at 58.3 percent. This would very much seem to back up the notion he's a "see receiver, throw ball" type of QB versus a timing or rhythm-based passer who anticipates windows/routes.

His TTT was high, but Russell Wilson was 3.14, so there's also a component of how much the QB is able to extend plays versus just hanging in a muddy pocket. Taylor was sacked 46 times (good for 3rd-most in the NFL).

I wonder why they've had such a letdown over the past 4-5 seasons after being one of the best drafting teams in the NFL...

    Oh, right.

Man I'm glad he's on our side.

No, you just need to quit being so sensitive and quit allowing yourself to be baited. The ones you call trolls own you. Your responses come off as tantrums that don’t befit a grown man. Trying to help you out here...

Well, don't, Please feel free to use the ignore button on me so you don't have to check how long my posts are before reading them. I'm not here to make fans.

    I'm sensitive, sue me.

I don't know if you qualify this as a tantrum, but piss off. Look at the author and don't read my posts, pretty simple..anyone can do it.

Also... keep this in mind if/when the Josh Allen jock-riders come back with the "he scored a 37 on the Wonderlic" posts.

Jock riders? lol! C'mon SAS...Give credit where it's due. Allen seems to be pretty sharp....If Mayfield had scored 37, I'm pretty sure you'd have mentioned it in glowing fashion...

I keep thinking the Browns are going to take this guy...

Here's the first 5 Browns picks in the current mock:
1.1 SAQUON BARKLEY, RB - PENN ST.
1.4 BAKER MAYFIELD, QB - OKLAHOMA
1.31 CONNOR WILLIAMS, OT - TEXAS
2.3 ISAIAH OLIVER, CB - COLORADO
2.32 RASHEEM GREEN, DE - USC

Traded 6(31) to Pats in slight move up from 2(1) for Connor Williams....I'm pleased so far. The trade was really key as it was later revealed Williams would not have made it to 2nd round...So I felt good about that. I'll post the rest upon completion...

Side note: I did get sniped at 2(3)...That would have likely been Sam Hubbard, which of course would have changed my selection at 2(32) as well....But I like Oliver and Green too, so who knows? This could end up being better...

No sir, I’ve been ardently anti-Wonderlic. I’ve taken a couple samples and scored anywhere from 23 - 47. Not sure what kind of reliability there is with such a big variance. Also, it’s been proven there’s no correlation between the test and success.

I did share the point about the new intelligence test applied at the Combine because they are seeing it translate better.

And if you’ll recall, Mayfield scored the second-highest all time (since 2012) among QBs.

I think it actually bodes well. His most successful pupil he called a 'pied piper'. He said he was looking for a 'pied piper' when starting out here. Now, he's called the draft's best QB prospect (and best in a decade) a 'pied piper'.

    IT'S HAPPENING!!!
