Sarah Tither-Kaplan has made some comments on his questionable behavior on movie sets as well as a couple of other students of his. A lot of what Franco is accused of doing might not be crimes. But they do reek of a rich, Hollywood actor using his position of power to exploit pretty young girls. A recurring theme in Hollywood since Hollywood was founded. We don't need evidence for these misdeeds as much as we just need Hollywood to admit that the way it's operated for decades upon decades is wrong.....women aren't objects to be used for a man's satisfaction....and things need to change moving forward.

Affleck has tried really hard at times to support Weinstein....the only person to my knowledge to do so. He has also publicly said he believes and supports McGowan. It would be awesome if he made that email public. I believe it's in the hands of a lawyer at this time. But it would need to come with the realization that....it wouldn't excuse all of Weinstien's other accusations. Nor does it actually mean that Weinstien didn't exploit McGowan by abusing his position of power. I'm sure a lot of women that slept with or simply went down on Harvey did so consensually....at least in the technical definition of the word. That doesn't mean they weren't pressured. That doesn't mean they were 100% willing to do it. Just like girls on the casting couch. It's an abuse of power by assholes.

There is another form her manager at the time: Getting in a hot tub on her does not mean she consented to sex or anything else that may have happened in the tub.
