I actually misspoke I think. The case in Texas, I believe, was before a federal appeals court not the state supreme court that I believe that I said earlier. But you are correct that it didn't have any import in California other than precedent. I think where this is going to go is to get before the US Supreme Court if they want to hear it when presented. Of course, the state of California will want the proceeding to go to the 9th District Court which is the most liberal in the country. They will rule is Jerky Jerry's favor and then it will go to the Supreme Court where Brown and company will lose.

All of this continued adoration of Meryll Streep is a classic example. She was one of the major stars who looked away when she knew that Wisemann, and a score of actors were predators and she got great props in the academy awards farce. I saw recently also that apparently Hollywood is supposed to become much more inclusive and basically impose quotas on all jobs so to speak. Wonder if those QUOTAS will include the hiring of Republicans and Conservatives as well as Christian actors, actresses, directors, producers, trade people,etc? Fat chance, huh? This isn’t really the same. He consented on national tv. Was there pressure by the show’s producers? Sure. I disagree with how it all played out, but the dude did consent to KP kissing him on the face. Her “lip swap” was a little cheeky, and done for ratings, I guess. In that regard, he was taken advantage of for the sake of the show. Otherwise, he gave consent.
It's a fucking mostly staged reality show. A show where singers get prescreened by like five or six panels before they even make it to the judges.....which tells you all those bad singers that you see for comedic effect aren't really a surprise to anyone when they're awful. It's a sham....it's a show....it's harmless fluff.
