Well he is listed as active on the game sheet. We'll see if they get him in to pinch hit or as a defensive sub.
Lol. He changed his game name to his real name this year. He was tired of people not getting the nickname and using it off the field with him. BJ stood for Bossman Junior. Bossman was his dad's nickname. He starts in RF tomorrow with Joey playing DH.
Jays trade RHP Drew Storen to the Mariners for RHP Joaquin Benoit and cash considerations. Both disappointments with teams looking to get lucky with a change.
Game sold out, minimum $60 for a 500 level seat off scalpers, single seats only available at box office and they were $40, any other decent seat is minimum $125 and up.
A couple of weeks ago I was thinking of getting tickets. Man the prices have gone up from before. That's winning and it's a division rival. In the end I had other plans.
Keep in mind it's a friday night vs the first place team, premium seat. I was still surprised to hear that the box office themselves will increase the price on their final 10% of tickets left and act as scalpers themselves.
Well on the last day of the series we won't be playing a 1st place team. And let's have it stay that way after it.
Half a game back! Tomorrow we play for the division lead and then if we win we will play to keep it on Sunday.
Yup. Jays took 1st place and tomorrow we play to keep it. There could be thunder but it will s a dome so play on.
Ah well, when your pinning your hopes on morales and chavez, gives you a bit of a grim outlook. 2 out of 3 is a success.
Gibby screwed it up after the Orioles dirty inside pitching injured Tulo. He gave up the DH to move Donaldson from DH to 3rd and then proceeded to let relievers only pitch 1 inning even if they are due up to pitch 1st next inning. No reason Grilli should have come in when he did and there was no reason he should have only pitched 1 inning once he was in. Osuna should not have come in when he did. It should have been Cecil who was warming up for the matchup he was getting ready for to lead off the 9th. Gibby wouldn't make it in the NL.
