Good luck Brownies. Not looking forward to facing Garrett the next 10 years.

May he create havoc and crush all AFCN QB's in his way during that time

MADE THREE picks in the first round
Moving right ahead of PIT and taking a second player that I'm sure they hoped might fall to them right ahead of them, BRILLIANT MOVE IMHO

How I feel about this draft....

The Irish just have it in their hearts:

A man was sitting on a blanket at the beach. He had no arms and no legs. Three women, from England, Wales, and Ireland, were walking past and felt sorry for the poor man.

The English woman said, 'Have you ever had a hug?' The man said, 'No,' so she gave him a hug and walked on.

The Welsh woman said, 'Have you ever had a kiss?' The man said, 'No,' so she gave him a kiss and walked on.

The Irish woman came to him and said, 'ave ya ever been foooked laddie?' The man broke into a big smile and said, 'no'. She said, 'Aye ... ya will be when the tide comes in.'

lol! wth? that is SO sad...

I have a nephew named Tyler that fits right into this age group. I'm gonna have to ask him what his favorite Browns memory is...I'll lose it if he says something like that...

Isaiah Crowell has signed his 2nd round tender.. he is now under contract for 2017.

I have to wonder who extracted the hair out of his ass.

I think it was more of a veteran move...

He waited until the end of the 4th week of off season workouts, so he stayed home for an extra 3 weeks before showing up to sign the tender.

Now, the rookies report and he signs the day before that happens.

He will be here for the 5th and final week of off season workouts, and ironically the same week the rookies begin theirs. Then they will begin OTAs, which is when the offense for 2017 will be inserted.

He really didn't miss anything, as long as he is working out on his own down south.

He essentially jumped the final weeks of cold weather.

Regardless, the Browns need to figure out if he is going to be in their long term plans sooner than later, otherwise, they need to identify the rookie in next year's draft.

Correction, Irish. It was a boneheaded veteran move. He knows that these guys have a hair trigger with players that demonstrate they are not all in with the plan. Add the fact that the coaches and front office have been gushing non-stop about their new strength and conditioning program, of which Crowell was not a part, and he may have just punched his ticket out of here . . . Perhaps sooner than later.

I do not see a contract extention with the Browns in Crowell's future.

I won't argue with you on that Lym...I am all for every player being in Berea full time, to be close to the facility and stay a "team" during the off season.

It seems to me they could take their time off, or even vacations, FROM the confines of a local home close to their actual team.

On the other side of the coin, in the revolving door that is the NFL, I probably would be more comfortable having a home base closer to family in the off season also. You just never know where you will be from year to year. The only guys that can get comfortable in this league are QBs and really really good linemen...everyone else seems to be expendable.

The NFL has denied Josh Gordon's petition for reinstatement. He can try again "in the fall".

Stick a fork in him. He's done.

This doesn't make sense to me. The reinstated him last year. He then CHOSE to check himself into rehab and hasn't been in trouble since, so now they deny him.

    Seems stupid

Yet, Martavus Bryant (who, BTW was also suspended for a year due to multiple infractions) will be wearing a helmet on Sundays this fall.

    Yeah it's incredibly inconsistent

Only thing I could see that would make them wait until fall is the fact he was to be suspended for the first 4 games of 2016 but was able to be with the team during training. He then chose to enter rehab. Probably just a big old spiteful "phuque you" by God-dell making him wait again until this fall to reapply again.

  20. ESPN's Josina Anderson reports suspended WR Josh Gordon's agent "terminated their relationship" roughly two weeks ago.
It could be a sign that Gordon isn't exactly putting forth his best efforts to get back into the NFL despite applying for reinstatement back in March. On Thursday, it was revealed the league has denied his petition to return to the league. This could be the end of the line for the 26-year-old. It may finally be safe to cut Gordon in Dynasty leagues.
