LMAO you have to admit TD nailed you to the cross here Stopper. What he described is classic troll behavior.
If Cleveland's defense can force two turnovers (or more), I think the Browns get there first win this week in Cincinnati...Hue knows this team better than any, and for the most part, his gameplans have been sensational this year. Our team may be 0-6, but they don't hang their heads and moan about it. Hell, I bitch way more about the crazy disrespect this team gets, than the players or coaches do, and that shows character IMO. They are learning how to do this the right way, and in spite of what the majority are saying, these Browns ARE fun to watch. Somehow Jackson keeps finding ways to keep this team super competitive while all the talking heads continue to bury them every week...These are the "growing pains" that every regime tells us to prepare for. Somehow though, it feels more real with this group....It feels like they really are learning and getting better. Unfortunately it won't show in the win column this season, but this team led by Hue Jackson has shown grit. They fight hard as hell, even though flat-out over-matched usually ...They are gonna win one soon. I think it'll be very soon...
Marvin Lewis wanted Hue Jackson to take over as Bengals' coach 3:15 PM ET Pat McManamon ESPN Staff Writer BEREA, Ohio -- Marvin Lewis wanted his previous offensive coordinator Hue Jackson to stay with the Cincinnati Bengals to eventually take over as head coach, Lewis said Wednesday. "We had clearly spoke of an opportunity for Hue to stay here if he so liked" Lewis said on a conference call with the Cleveland media. "If that's what he chose to do, then eventually he would become the head coach." Jackson instead chose to become head coach of the Cleveland Browns. NFL.com first reported the succession story, saying Jackson and Lewis had presented the idea to Bengals owner Mike Brown. The plan had Jackson taking over as Bengals coach in 2018. Jackson, according to NFL.com, felt the situation would have been awkward. Lewis, however, said the plan would have worked. "He and I are very close," Lewis said. "All he wants is to win football games. We both have the same goal, and that's what's important. It would not have been an issue." Lewis' affection for Jackson is readily apparent. "You love him like a brother that I never had," Lewis said. "I spent a lot of time with him. ... [When] we coached together, every time, [he] has always done such a great job. I think he brings out the best and challenges everybody to be the best." The pair twice coached together in Cincinnati, from 2004 to 2005 and 2012 to 2015. Lewis hired Jackson soon after he was relieved of his job as Raiders coach.
Tribe up to bat in the top of the 6th. Lead the Jays 3-0. (Fingers crossed, knees crossed, eyes crossed, everything crossed.........) *BRAVO*
Browns Coach Hue Jackson told reporters Wednesday he?s ?very hopeful? that wide receiver Terrelle Pryor and cornerback Joe Haden will be able to play Sunday in Cincinnati. Both sat out Wednesday?s practice. Pryor suffered a hamstring injury in last week?s loss at Tennessee. Haden missed that game with a groin injury. ?I like guys to practice a little bit before they play,? Jackson sad. ?I just do. It is just one of my policies. They need to do something before we get ready to play, but we will give them every opportunity to get out there.? Pryor said Wednesday he?s hoping to be able to play against the Bengals but doesn?t know yet if he?ll be ready to go by Sunday. He has a team-high 33 catches for 413 yards and three touchdowns. Haden has missed two games due to injury. He had two interceptions in Week Two against the Ravens. The Bengals got Pro Bowl tight end Tyler Eifert back on the practice field Wednesday as a limited participant. Eifert has yet to play in 2016 and has missed the last two weeks due to a back injury. The Bengals also listed linebacker Vontaze Burfict as limited after he left practice early with what the team considers a minor ankle injury.
Jays have a man on first and 1 out in the bottom of the 6th. Shaw gets the hook. It's...................
