I like Crowell and West as our RB's. As I'm typing this Joe Thomas just got beat by Suggs on the outside. I still think we can find another RB late in the draft or an unsigned FA! But as I'm watching this offense Conner Shaw doesn't look that bad. I'll tell you this also. HE LOOKS BETTER THAN MANZIEL TO ME! He is not going against a late game prevent like JM did! This kid so far is doing his job against a very good defense NOT IN PREVENT! This team today is playing more like a Team! No Gordon, No Johnny! This game right here should show the Browns what they have to do this off season. Get rid of a CANCER( GORDON ) and get yourself a veteran QB and maybe put JM on the trade block too and get rid of both CANCERS! I want draft picks!

Yeah you are right! I guess but I'll be honest here Irish. I see 2 unsigned free agents out playing our 2 1st rd picks! Crowell and now Shaw! Out playing Gilbert and Manziel! NOT GOOD! But I will say this blowing drafts is the reason why we are in this position. I don't care how many picks you have. The question is does Farmer know what to do with them? from last years account NO! he doesn't!
Yes they are! Could it be chemotherapy! That is getting rid of the 2 cancers in Gordon and Manziel! I think it is!
Man, I feel like I am coming down on you today Els, not my intentions...really it isn't.. You certainly aren't the only one talking about Farmer's drafting failure... But in reality, he did an EXCELLENT job last year in his first off season.. Take away Gilbert, whom was rated a top ten CB and Manziel who's immaturity has thus far doomed his career. Farmer has done a damn nice job... He drafted Bitonio in the 2nd round, whom is rated the 2nd highest guard in the NFL right now...not rookie, the NFL He drafted West and Kirksey in the 3rd, BOTH of which have been instrumental at their respective positions this year. He drafted Pierre Desir in the 4th, whom started slow, but in recent weeks looks very much the part of a starting caliber CB So, out of 6 draft picks, 4 are already contributing at a professional level and Gilbert has shown signs, his maturity has got to take a big turn to be successful, but he has shown the tools needed to succeed. Manziel could certainly end up bust...but he may be the only one who doesn't make it in the league out of this draft class... Now add the UDFA, in K'Waun Williams, Taylor Gabriel, Isaiah Crowell and now Connor Shaw... Farmer has had a pretty productive first year, imho..

Kirskey has been average at best . West has been benched quite a bit this season for attitude and bad practice habits . Farmer has done well finding undrafted free agents who have out played the knucklehead high draft picks . we need some wr with size ..to many little guys .
They are 3rd round rookies bluez!! Are you kidding me? West is the leading rusher on the year, despite having a two headed RB tandem. He along with the other rookie account for close to 1,300 yards rushing on a pretty bad offensive team. Kirksey has been great when in called upon. He's the 4th leading tackler (80), with 2 sacks and 3 passes defensed. Really, he is only being held back by the fact Craig Robertson has picked his game up so much, limiting his time. What exactly are you "expecting" out of 3rd round rookies? I think you guys have your expectations set WAY too high for rookie players...
See I agree that he did alright in the draft. This was a 4 win football team and your 2 top picks can't make the team. So from his drafting history here in Cleveland (last year) he missed the boat! Considering we could of realistically had Watkins, Carr and Bitonio 2 starters and maybe a starting QB in 2 rds. I have no confidence in Farmer with the 1st rd. We need a RT,WR, DL,ILB and OLB. I hope he picks 1 of these 5 positions. Hell I hope he picks 2 of these 5 positions in the 1st rd. I'm thinking anal Jimmy I'll call him will trade the house for Mariota! or give 15m to Suh. I hope I'm wrong but we will see. Go BROWNS!

We are the only team in our division that didn't make the playoffs. Until we get rid of the cancers that will continue! Trade Gordon and bury JM on the depth chart until he matures a bit! Go get a vet QB!
