The man at the center of the allegation that Johnny Manziel?s entourage pummeled a zealous fan finds himself in another controversy. According to 19ActionNews.com, Manziel?s bodyguard has been arrested for DUI while driving Manziel?s car. The bodyguard, whose name has not yet been disclosed, also allegedly assaulted the fan who approached Manziel at an upscale apartment complex on November 29. While Manziel wasn?t in the car, Manziel owns the car. Which, if the allegedly drunken bodyguard had caused property damage, injury, or worse, would have exposed Manziel to significant financial responsibility. The bodyguard has not been charged, but he reportedly remains jailed.
Has anyone else noticed that Brown's players seem to change their jersey numbers frequently? I could swear that Gordon used to be 13. I know recently some of our corners slipped around 21 and 24. Am I imagining things?
Gordon wore #13 his rookie year because Colt McCoy had #12, he changed to his normal #12 as soon as Colt left Not sure about the DBs exchanging jerseys, I don't think you can change after the year begins... I know Haden has always been 23 and Buster Skrine has always been 22...As for 21 and 24, Justin Gilbert, who is a rookie, has had 21 all year...Not sure who has 24
Jordan Cameron (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 13. Cameron was listed as questionable after practicing on a limited basis. He didn't pass the final stage of his concussion test and will miss his fifth straight game. Cameron should be considered questionable for Week 14. The Browns will continue to go with Gary Barnidge and Jim Dray at Buffalo.
Its a shame but I think kendawg you are right. The Browns have to look at adding another TED. Cameron has a lot of talent. His only weakness to me was run blocking. Good speed, hands and route running. But the concussions and other injuries are piling up to quick for this young man. Fellas again as always I need some help here. Yesterday while watching the Buckeye beat down of Michigan I watched Funchess pretty closely. I've always liked his size and hands. He was a one man wrecking crew for the Wolvs. My question is. Would he be big enough to block d-lineman in the NFL? Is he more of a J. Thomas type from Denver? How good is his speed? Also do you think he will be a better WR in the NFL? The reason I'm asking all this is because I now have TED as one of my positions of need to upgrade. I like having a TED that can be a weapon in the passing game. I think it opens up the field. With Cameron's medical history I feel its time to start looking at TED. Although Cameron was one of the things H&H did right. As I said before today's Buffalo game to me is a must win for the Browns and Hoyer. Bills, Cinncy and Balt. are the games we have to win! Or if we do lose this game we have to beat Indy. But our odds are better in beating Buffalo. Hoyer has to play well in this game. Actually he has to play good in both the Buffalo and Indy games. Because of what I said before about seeing what Manziel can do. If we lose these next 2 games and Hoyer plays bad we will be seeing Manziel down the stretch. He will go against 2 division rivals and a Panther team. Hoyers starting NFL future is right NOW! Is he a starter and gets a big contract or does he continue to be a backup journeyman? Lets hope he can handle the pressure! Come on Brownies make daddy proud! GOOOOO Browns!!!!
