It feels like a rivalry is being rekindled, if you are a Browns fan, but a loss here would inspire the "same old Browns" refrain in a heart beat. As much as I want to believe otherwise, I need to see it. Beat Pittsburgh, and I will be a believer. Love how the team has scored, and never quit, but for all the postives, we still have enough negatives to be a team that could easily be 4 and 0 and 0 and four, thus 2 and 2. Sipe.... I mean Hoyer and Co. have earned some love, but at the same time have, as a team been feast or famine, so which is it this week? Maybe the better question is: which quarter will we shine, and which quarter will be wallow in the mire (Jim Morrison). This feels like season changing moment, but it could all crash if they can't pull it out. With our D suspect or at least shizophrenic and now injured, I would expect Ben & Co. to put up some points, but unlike years past, I expect Cleveland to score as well,. That said, doesn't it feel like last team with the ball wins? I'd love to see us win a laugher, but honestly, I just can't believe we are going to dominate Pittsburgh. Not that I believe Pittsburgh is "all that" this year, but there is an awful lot of history to beat, not just the eleven guys across the line. Once again I am glad we have Hoyer, who doesn't seem to rattle all that easily, but let's be honest, his line has kept him so clean he rarely has felt harrassed for any extended period of time, so if Pitt can do that, it could be a difference maker. Ben on the other hand thrives in pressure situations, expecially when the guys chasing him wear the Brown and Orange. That is what has to change, or we will never shed the "same Old Browns" label. God I can't wait til tomorrow. GO BROWNS !!!

Feel free to talk about Pittsburgh by all means. I know I'd enjoy that and I don't think anybody will be upset by it at all. I gave my two cents... and honestly, if ya don't want to read any of the stopper bullchit, or the bullchit trying to stop stopper from all the bullchit, then don't...and I don't blame ya one bit. It's completely immature, but somehow I enjoy it. plus, like i said, ignoring doesn't work with this guy....So maybe its just me, but I thought it was great this week when it wasn't just me....The absurdity might have reached new levels, but its all fun. JYD, Bluez, Irish, Duff, everybody was kickin in. lol! and it needed to happen!
I still do like to come in here and read/talk about the Browns, unfortunately, with Stopper and SAS, anytime you come in here and say anything even remotely positive about the Browns, one of them immediately come on and poo poo on everyone's parade, whether you "feed the trolls" or not...
Well actually, I've never had a problem with SAS at all...It's just stopper as far as Im concerned... He's not a Browns fan...

Yeah, I know this game doesn't really matter because it's early in the season, and we probably won't win the Super Bowl, but what the heck.....I'd still like to see the Browns beat the Steelers anyway... WOOF!

Shanahan needs to come out firing and not slow down. Turn Hoyer loose with the uptempo offense from the start. Pound the ball with all three RB's. Defensively I hope Pettine has a plan to keep Ben on his ass all day. The front needs to stop the run and get to Ben early and often.
