U can call me stopper, stupor, stupid or whatever u like that has 0 effect on me or what I know and see....ok u can give credit for Whitehurst throwing the TDs, but those 2 guys were so WIDE open that any HS QB culd have made those throws...u can down play the fact that Locker leaving had little impact on the game, but he was carving that defense up every drive w his arm and legs....Whitehurst is one of the worst QBs to ever don the NFL jersey....as was evident in the 2nd half....hell the guy throws a 10 yd pass in the middle of the field w 9 secs left on the clock and no TO's....LOL

Stopper, be honest...Would it really matter who the opposing QB was? Lets stop playing games. You will spin negative on the Cleveland Browns no matter what, and everybody that posts here knows it. You know it too, AND you know that's why you take so much heat from the real Browns fans....Like I said the other day. It's okay to enjoy the win. God knows Browns fans deserve to feel that thrill of victory. Yet three seconds after the Browns pulled off the greatest road comeback in NFL history, you were spouting off in the DPL with your usual "cleveland sucks" themed rant...lol! So unless you are in fact mentally handicapped (and Im pretty sure thats not the case), you knew exactly the type of reaction you were gonna get... So i gotta jus call it lik i c it u no...and i c the Woody Woodpecker of the Browns boards...an instigator...One that loves to get reactions from the long suffering Browns fans...and that's about it.
3 secs? I had films at 4pm so how is that possible when we finished at 7....I only posted when I saw ignorant posts like def showed up 2nd half, Hoyer won the game etc.....instead of just watching the game and actually seeing that Tenn had an inept offense w Whitehurst and Hoyer needed other guys 2 win the game....including mental mistakes by Tenn anytime they actually did a positive play.
Duff, i have no idea when they dropped that little Browns jersey on me. I don't think it's been very long ago though. I'm guessin maybe that comes with the 1000th post?
Stopper, never mind...you know what im talkin about. Three seconds was obviously an exaggeration....I really don't care anyway. If you wanna be "that guy", it's fine with me....Just know that I know you are just pulling strings.
Im not any guy....facts r facts and ur delusional and c what u want....the minute Locker was out of the game I texted my buddy this game is over for Tenn cause he bet them....when Whitehurst threw the 2 TDs he just sent me LOL after both and I said watch final score 34-31 Browns if Tenn is lucky to get a FG 2nd half....he said I wont know cause Im turning the game off cause its over....hell Tenn wishes they got that FG now.
With a quarter of the season in the books, what do we think of our organization? I remember feeling encouraged when Slam actually took ownership, fired Banner, and decided this was going to be "his team". Simultaneously, I felt like he should have done that along with the other stooges initially, but at least he did it. I wondered how it would work out with Pettine, since Banner was a big part of that decision, and I guess I feel like it's time for his first marking period report card too. For me the answers remain cloudy. We could be 0 and 4, with a D that was sold as the strength of the team. We drafted a very high profile QB, who couldn't beat out the perennial "back up" Hoyer. We drafted a corner who was given the job and couldn't handle it (so far). We cut lose the top draft choice corner we got last year, failed to procure a replacement for last year's top NFL reciever, even though we knew he would be MIA. Lots of questionable stuff there. The saving grace for Pettine and Co. was Hoyer. While Stopper will cringe at this, Hoyer has been the glue. No one would have guessed that the Browns O would be the rock upon which the season would start. Regardless of what you think of him overall, he deserves big time credit for this team being in each game, not the D, or the special teams, and yes, he has gotten help. The running game has been great, even though their projected starter missed half of the games. The WRs, who everyone thought would be mediocre if they played at their ceiling, have proven to be better than that, and again, a lot of that is due to Hoyer's steady, confident, leadership. I can't even imagine the kind of train wreck our first four games would have been with a Rookie QB, with a very tenuous grasp of the O would have looked like. I am really not trying to anoint Hoyer as the next great QB, but IMO, his leadership and play has been the difference maker for this young team. Oh and let me applaud the O line. Outstanding! So as I read it, Pettine owes his career thus far this year to Hoyer. Two game saving last drives or 4 games, making up for a talented but not yet cohesive D, is pretty good for any team, but one with all new coaches, schemes, and personell, well frankly that's exceptional. Congratulations to the entire team on their work so far. Not ready to say Pettine's the answer, or that Hoyer is the answer, long term, but so far as a team, as an organization, they deserve the lion's share of the credit. Slam, I like the attitude: It's my team, and it will be run by my guys. Tude is great, but results matter, and a lot of the moves, especially in round 1, haven't paid off yet, so the jury is out. I like the team I see. They are gamers, and I feel like we can beat nearly any team out there, particularly the ones in our division. I guess the answer to that comes this weekend. Do we revert to "the same old Browns" or are we seeing the beginning of the New Browns. Lots of rambling, what do the lounger think of the organization, coaching, team?
The only guy who deserves any credit is the true reason their able 2 make plays...Shanahan...he is calling plays 2 get guys wide open....teams will catch on and then we will see how good Hoyer really is when they adjust...just like his throw when the WR was wide open in the flat for a walk-in TD but he sailed it WAY high w no pressure....hell hes so good offer him 5 yrs $40 mill?
You aren't any guy? lol! Okay, well that might explain the lack of reason and accountability, but this convo on gameday with ur buddy is just a bunch of babbling bullcrap. this is exactly what im talking about. lol! You keep saying "facts are facts", and calling me delusional, as you are piping off about your "would be" scenarios, full of "ifs" and "buts" and predictions and anything but facts...it's comical dude. seriously...
Nobody knows what would have happened Sunday if Locker had avoided injury. Nobody. And that's a fact..You can go on and on all you want with speculation but lets not confuse that with actual facts...
Yay!!!! Got my little jersey under my Avi. I feel like Navin Johnson:
My question is why Stopper keeps saying he doesn't care what anybody has to say or what we believe and then why does he feel the need to actually respond to any of our posts? Or have the need to post here at all? Maybe somebody didn't get enough hugs growing up.
