Just got home from 2 games of softball this morning and 2 games of volleyball this afternoon...All I saw was the opening drive of the second half and they looked great, what happened in the first half??

Almost! Actually it was a lot closer than I thought. I like Shanny's offense. Hoyer didn't look bad at all. Is Tate hurt already? West and that Cronwell guy looked pretty good. The line looked ok. But Haden gave up his gamely TD catch. It would of been nice to walk out of there with a win but at least they showed heart and came back. We still need that #1 WR. Is Cameron hurting a little too. But at least it was exciting. The defense looked faster. Hoyer did ok. He made good throws and some chitty ones. About what I expect from him. Not a great showing but one to build on! GO BROWNS.
worked today, so missed the game. I went out for lunch to hear about a Browns TD, then another, then a FG, and within 7 pts, before having to return to work. Just checked in to find out the final. Crap! Sounds like we lost Tate and Jordan. Crap! Gabriel targeted 6 times with only 2 catches ???????????? The tale of 2 halves. Given a choice, I'd prefer 2nd half success over the recipe I've watched over the last couple years, where we surrender, but what happeined to the D? 1 punt forced in the first half? Then forced 5 in the second half ??? So is it Jekyl or Hyde ?? Lots of big yardage plays given up, is it tackling? Gotta believe, as a team we improve as we grow more familiar with the coaches schemes, but with some meaningful drives, and a D that seemed to find itself in the second half, I am not as disgusted as I thought I might be. Now there's a Browns fan for you: anything short of disgusting is a pleasant surprise. Wow. How low have I set the bar.
Plz spare us the coach speak Pettine...if Manziel cant get in after the 1st have we all witnessed he will never play....
