Damn..its a sad day for me at work. My VP came down and offered 2 of my employees a "retirement package". 2 great guys whom I've worked with in some capacity for about a decade and between them have almost 70 yrs with the company. I'm not even supposed to know about it yet, figured I could put it in here.
@Lyman Just read that the lake is 33 inches above the average with a record high in over 100 years of recorded history. How's it treating you and your boat up your way? Any effect on the fishing? The family and I might be heading up next week and try some fishing off the pier or possibly the neighbor's boat.
I sold the big boat a few years ago (the guy made me an offer I couldn't refuse). So, all I have now is a 1955 18 foot inboard that I'm still restoring in the garage and a 1953 13 foot outboard that could go in the water if the winds weren't making 3 to 4 foot waves. Those that still go out fishing are doing okay. The Walleye I've seen have been pretty big. Most are catching the limit on Perch.
Thanks. Good to hear on the walleye (if the neighbor takes us out otherwise it's probably white bass off the pier). Wasn't sure if conditions were great or not. A deeper lake usually keeps the lake temp down and later start on decent fishing.
For those of you who haven't noticed . . . @Tim has added a team information page on the "Front" page of the site for all 32 teams. Its accessible at the very top of each team's forum board. It includes direct feeds for team news, schedule, injury reports and fantasy football information. In our case, he and I collaborated to also include the off season Browns' depth chart that I have previously posted on various threads. Now, when I update my depth chart, it automatically updates on this page. Nice work, Tim. Check it out !!!!

Happy 4th of July everyone. Let's celebrate with good friends, good food, good spirits, and good fireworks.
Baker Mayfield got married over the weekend. https://www.cleveland.com/browns/2019/07/baker-mayfield-oh-my-goodness-im-married.html Sorry to shatter the dream @SAS .
Now that Baker is married, he's already working on his 3rd ring: 1) Engagement ring 2) Wedding ring 3) Suffering. (Looks over shoulder before hitting "post reply" to make sure Mrs. Duff isn't around)
Going down hill from here. The Steelers haven’t had any SB action since Ben got married. Now the Browns are cut off before they even got started.
Hell, the Browns can't go any more downhill.. They've been at the bottom of this gulch for nearly 2 decades. It's like the anti-curse for us. This just means that Baker is just going to spend more time at the training facility so he doesn't have to go home and do any of that "honey-do" list.
