And only one of them is still playing.

*The one with the best defense.

Running the ball and defense go together like a horse and carriage

The team who just ran for 285 yards while their "franchise" quarterback completed six passes to secure that spot?

As @gidion72 says... very easy to play good defense when you can control the tempo of the game with your running attack.

And if you want to have Saleh come be the DC for us, I'm all on board, too. Although it's easy to look like a genius when you have five first round picks playing on that defensive line--and previously he ranked 25th and 28th in total defense and the Niners won 10 total games in two seasons...

You guys need to draft a good ILB like Shoebert seeing how they don't seem to be interested in resigning him.

TBF... the organization doesn't have a GM right now, so it's tough to negotiate deals.

If you were seriously trying to completely ruin a brand, do you think you could have done better than the Cleveland Browns?

Right on. He really was Will.. May he rest in peace....The first name I always think of whenever the conversation is about the "best" guitar player, and I don't think I'm alone on that... I was fortunate enough to be at one of Stevie Ray Vaughn's final concerts, just a month before the tragic helicopter crash....Dude put on a show. It was an incredible performance. He truly crushed it.......SRV and Double Trouble, July 14, 1990, at Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Columbus...Still got my ticket.

    Speaking of legend..

Reports are Kobe Bryant has died in a helicopter crash.. sad

  17. gidion72 Legend Steelers

I wonder if he would trade all his money and glory for more life

  18. TopDawg Legend

Obviously wealth and fame can't help you in that situation.

Very sad about Kobe, his daughter, and all the others on that helicopter.....

Little known fact. A week or so after SRV's epic show at the Vet, he came back to Columbus and rocked the Ohio State Fair....

I was at that show too, and I'm sure it was great, but I had my own substance issues back in those days and honestly can't recall much of that one. My friends still talk about it as one of the greatest concerts they ever saw, so there's that.

Kinda strange that I started off this morning talking about a famous person that died in a helicopter crash....
