The Good, The Bad & The Ugly - Week 17 - Browns

Steelers defense is not good and seems to be getting worse as the season progresses. I know losing Shazier has effected them but it shouldn't effect the safety play to the extent that we have seen. Mitchell and Davis are straight up awful. It's cool that they set a new franchise sack total but it's going to mean zero if they can't stop the run and keep giving up explosive plays in the passing game.

 

I've really been struggling to understand why JJ Wilcox doesn't at least get some playing time. Most of us were pretty excited when we signed him, myself included.

 

Exactly my thoughts when I see the postings on Steelers Depot about the defense having 56 sacks this year, what good is it when u cant get off the field on 3rd down. They need to play better and fix the leakyness or our beloved Super Gideon will be predicting a 7th SB again next summer.

 

Not sure why so many are upset or label this as a bad or ugly. It’s a “great”, very glad I don’t have to watch those dirtbags play in the playoffs.

I'd rather New England lose than Baltimore miss the playoffs, even if it's not by our hand. The Ravens and Chargers would have been more likely allies to eliminate the Splats than the Tootsie Roll teams who did get in. I'm appalled at how bad every AFC team who's playing this weekend looks.
