Nothing for Penner. For all the questionable contact he dishes out, I'm very disappointed he didn't take a fine on the play. I wasn't expecting a suspension but I was expecting them to wait until tonight before coming down with a decision to make sure Bolland wasn't experiencing symptoms.

Just when the Byfuglien train of overrated is about to pass by the Bickell train roles into Chicago.

"Fire Bowman" will be heard early and often as soon as they let Bickell walk. I don't think Bowman will give him more than 3 x 4yrs, I really hope they don't consider anything above 2.8 right now. Role player on a hot streak in his prime years. People forget where is floor is. I like Bickell, it's been tough not to like a guy making 540K. I've never really had a problem with him.

May the lords of hot women fishing in thongs help the Chicago fanbase if by some miraculous turn of events Chicago does NOT make it to the finals next year without having Bickell on the roster. He might mean more than Prust did to the Rangers.

 

No, I'm not looking past LA. We've seen Chicago lose 3 in a row already. I'm only talking about Bickell and how he relates to a growing segment of the Hawks' fanbase.

It's funny, the only thing I don't like about the Bruins is a few fans and Jack Edwards. Edwards offsets so much of what I like though, I try to avoid him, but he's so obnoxious and loud.

 

What about Brad Marchand?

 

Congrats to Matty, condolences to Halo, bruins and hawks have never met in the finals, all those years.

 

I really don't like Marchand, I actually dislike Thornton much more believe or not. Just about everyteam has 2 or 3 players I can't stand (including Chicago) so I don't hold that against franchises.

 

Hawks still have to win Skinny, they're still really good at hockey. Hopefully they continue their road struggles.
