    "Make your best hockey player..."
Elbows from gordie, slapshot from Hull, brain from orr, hips from rocket etc.... some close calls on some, but when it came to heart Everybody said clarkie...
I'll look for it and post tommorrow, think it was wrote in early eighties....

I was crying and laughing at the Walcom call with 1:47 left. He's one of the only officials Chicago fans know by name.

He was the guy that thought the Torres hit on Hossa in game 3 last year was a clean play. Some sinister forces have him on payroll I think. I can't imagine how quickly he showered and left the United Center tonight, could have been a very Bartman-esque summer for the guy.

Walcom was the head of officials not too long ago too. I was genuinely upset for the league (ignoring the Hawks) because if Detroit won, the story would have been about the officiating more than Detroit. Way too much emphasis put on the officials, I was still surprised he blew the whistle after what they had been letting go in terms of roughing, crosschecks, trips, etc.

Bruins in 6?!?! i think i just broke a rib from laughing too hard.
wait, how does that go? oh right... Maurice misspelled "Penguins"... at least he got the last 4 letters right.

    Penguins in 3

The way I see it, if you don't have the stones to call a penalty, then don't call off-setting, it was obvious the blackhawks player didn't deserve a call too.

Wow am I sick of the ridiculous Iginla storyline already. The Jagr storyline is full of stoopid too.

Bergeron vs Sid is the story.

I was really surprised by that call. But as I was yelling at the tv, I was remembering that had 58 other minutes and 4pps on which to score a goal

What a game and what a series. Congrats on the win bob, Hawks certainly deserved it. Wings played really well and I'll just reiterate what was already said, Howard played great and answered any remaining questions.

We should reserve the deepest darkest part of the ditch for Walcom. That would've been an all-time screw job there.
