A reminder that the 76/77 Habs were the greatest regular season team, not the Bruins. More points through 80 games (only 80 played then) and no OT to get a bonus point. Also, they won the Cup.

 

What an epic collapse by Boston. By all accounts, they never should've let Florida back into that series.

At this point, Joe, the Panthers have already wildly exceeded my expectations, so I'm just along for the ride. Here's to some fun hockey.

 

Good Luck for Leafs in the Postseason.......I'm predicting that D-Lines Florida Panthers will Upset the Mighty Bruins.

That was fun! Panthers got hot at the right time and the Bruins, well choked. Unbelievable series. Panthers played well on the road... I like the aggressive hitting to.

Kraken down the Avalanche is cool by me too. Yes, I still hate the Avs and good to see Seattle take it.

I bet tonights game 7 with NY vs NJ is going to be a dandy also.

WTF is that about........that could Blow up in their face....if TO ties it up and goes back to Toronto.....watch out Panthers.

 

The arena isn't in Miami, it's in the western-most point of Broward County, more than an hour away from Miami depending on traffic. That's part of the problem the team has always had.

And the Panthers are far from the first team to limit ticket access in the playoffs. Let's all stop clutching our pearls about this. They're only preventing tickets from being purchased by non-US addresses - that's an easy thing to get around if someone really wanted to.

 

Thanks DLine.........there are a LOT of Snowbirds who travel to Miami from Eastern Canada and they will be looking for tickets.

And yes you are correct it is very easy thing to get around.

Good Luck for your Panthers .....you get an extra day off for game # 3 and game # 4.....that helps.

 

I am well aware of the snowbirds in South Florida. Spent about 30 years there. Just about everyone there is transient. Frankly, I hope most Toronto fans don't get tickets, and they can lick my butthole if they feel offended by it.

Panthers have been playing every other day and flying back and forth between Boston, Ft Lauderdale, and Toronto now for the last 6 or so games. I'm sure a day off could do them good. Toronto definitely needs one to get their heads straight, before game 3.

I don't know who this Panthers team is, but this isn't the game they played for most of the year. Duclair coming back, Bob getting healthy... it really seems like they're clicking for the first time this year. Wild, how things have turned around.
