The Ditch part deux

Defensively, thanks to Kuemper, the Coyotes have only given up 86 goals which is 2nd in the Western Conference... the weak Western Conference, lol. Im still not sold on them though, as teams like Vegas, Dallas, Nashville, Edmonton and Calgary are all right there also... and I think those teams are all going to heat up as the season rolls on. As it stands right now, the Coyotes are in a good spot, but can they pick it up a notch remains to be seen.

 

Yotes are a low budget team, these type of teams need a vezina goalie to succeed. If he comes back down to earth they'll slip quickly in the standings.

OT Bs and Isles

 

Panthers haven't played since the start of the week, when Acciari got his first hat trick and Huberdeau had a four point night.

Halfway through the second, they're up 6-1 again. Huby has four points, again. But Acciari only has two goals right now, so they're really slacking.

 

Nevermind. Acciari gets the back-to-back hat trick on a penalty shot, earned on a PK breakaway. Second game, same as the first. Nothing to see, here.

Un-fucking-real. 2 games. 6 SOG. 6 goals, 2 hat tricks, all being scored before the second period is over.

This has been fun to watch.
