7 straight loses for the caps after tonight.

 

Datsyuks 3 year khl contract expires this year, his agent not ruling out a comeback to the nhl.

Skinny........WOW Nylander 3 A's last night...........and Kadri a Hat Trick.

 

Good ole willie, riding on the coat tails of another guys big night. Amazing how kadri could get 30 goals and be considered much less value while playing a much better 2 way game.

 

Kadri has been quiet till last night. I dumped him in a fantasy league, I suppose that's what helped him.

 

The whole team was quiet, matthews and tavares were killing my team. I guess last night brought the final results for the week.

 

Kadri was taken 7th overall, has two 32 goal seasons and earns $2.4M less than nylander and he's also much better defensively. One can make the argument that his first couple of years weren't as productive as nylander, but he also wasn't playing alongside a top tier talent like auston matthews.

 

Kadri definitely is the better player right now for the Leafs. The problem with Nylander was everyone was basing everything off projections, which, in my opinion, doesn't always bold well. Still plenty of time for Nylander and I believe in him, but right now, he's a bit overrated and overhyped.

 

The Caps are a mess right now also. Holtby cant stop a beach ball and why he went back-to-back nights, is beyond me.
