How do you guys feel about the Finish games, then? Panthers and Jets are playing back-to-backs overseas Nov 1st and 2nd, in the midst of their regular schedule. Panthers also go to Oklahoma for a preseason game.

In a nutshell, im not a fan of interrupted season travel. A preseason game in Oklahoma is doable. The international travel I don't care for.

I’m about expanding the game but not if it’s detrimental to certain teams. The season is such a grind already, shouldn’t start that at a disadvantage

 

and yet they still discuss expanding the NFL and NBA to Europe ! Baffling !

 

That's because they cant see past their stacks of money.

 

Unless they come out with a commercial jet that does double the speed like the concorde.

Just got a huge promotion at work, so I went from worrying about how much the season tickets cost, to worrying about whether or not I'm going to even make it to half of them. Well, balls. I'm discussing the new salary with the partners in the next couple days, and will be trying to make caveats for time off on hockey nights. Gonna guess they haven't had that request, before.

NFL Player Jalen Ramsey angers a ton of NHL players saying he could play in the NHL with 6 months of training. the guy has never skated in his life. the skating alone would take over 6 months. what an asshole.

 

Haha, well, I appreciate it, Catfish. I wouldn't go saying they're good guys yet - I haven't been offered the new salary, yet. Today's my first day really soaking up the new job, and trying to get the transition down. They'll likely be offering me a new salary package some time next week. Much appreciated, matty. I'm already trying to work our schedule for the coming months around the games I've got tickets for. We've got a seminar for a couple days down in the Keys, and I've got bookend tickets for the night before, and the night after. You better believe I'm going straight from hockey to business, back to hockey.

You think I can get a dress code change in there? Jerseys are allowed during business hours? Maybe that's pushing it...

BUFFALO -- Rasmus Dahlin waited long enough for the chance to play against his peers and provide Buffalo Sabres fans a sneak peek of what they could expect this season in his first game of the Prospects Challenge at HaborCenter on Friday.

The defenseman didn't disappoint, scoring two goals and getting an assist, exhibiting poise and decisiveness and delivering a big hit in a 6-4 win against the New Jersey Devils prospects.

How exciting this kid is going to be for the Sabres and their fans. I think Buffalo is going to be a fun team and not a doormat either.
