One view showed the puck either in or with the very very edge of the puck just touching the goal line. The resolution wasn't perfect either. Call had to stand.

 

Refs showing some pity for the Craps for having such a tough draw so many years in a row.

 

Holtby kicked it back out. Whatever. Penz will still win this series. It is written.

 

He did but the puck was only 99% over or just barely made it by a millimetre. That call had to stand as called.

 

disagree. hornqvist pushed that puck all the way over. holtby kicked it back over the line.

 

no bumping Caps players whilst chasing a loose puck. got it.

wouldn't want the crowd to see another meltdown in their own house.

 

I think it was in but you even that view where you think you see white in between the puck and the line is technically inconclusive due to snow and blur. If Hornqvist got it it was by a couple millimetres at best.

 

you saw it, i saw it, but the NHL couldn't see it. that is a problem.

 

now a PP opp to try and seal the deal

 

snow and curvature of the puck make it inconclusive from that close using the picture you'll find everywhere. I think it's in but it's tough to change the call. And a anyone who thinks ref should have seen it live is crazy.
