I like florida, I was going to buy a place in fort lauderdale one time, they would've been my second team. I don't like dale tallon, didn't like him as a player and don't like him as a gm. As a player he had the gull to try and take bobby hulls #9 after he left for the wha. He was a flop as a second overall pick, he only played 12 seasons. As a gm, he made one of the dumbest moves in losing smith and marchessault, they would've been right up there with the lightning. Also, he's treating my friends son like shit, he drafted him in the second round and didn't even call to invite him to training camp last year, this after a 100 point season with kitchener.

Do I feel bad that they won't make the playoffs? No

Just say, I wont leave as a star and come back as a wild, I'll just stay wild.

 

Try to work in “wonder what it would be like to get lost in the Wild”, or “getting wild with a Wild fan”. Hope that’s not TOO cheezy.

 

Or: “I can tell you’re a Wild fan... it’s in your eyes.” That could encroach on cheese too. It’s a delicate line, especially in text/messages. Sometimes the emphasis is lost written out.
