Golden Knights tie expansion wins record in incredible fashion

Hey, the Vegas Golden Knights won on Tuesday night.

Again.

For already the 33rd time this season. That 4-2 win over the Calgary Flames means they have now tied the NHL record for most wins ever by a first-year team, matching the mark set by the Florida Panthers and Mighty Ducks of Anaheim back in 1993-94.

We should point out that there are still two months remaining in the season.

Tuesday’s win was probably one of the wildest Golden Knights wins of the season as they needed a late third period rally to get the win.

Trailing, 2-1, with less than two minutes to play in regulation, Vegas went on to score three consecutive goals in 53 seconds to come away with the win. (NBCSports)

Flyers up 2-0 on Caps and give up 4 straight goals. The change their goalie to their AHL goalie as Elliot was hurt and he gives up a goal. Wonderful.

Flyers as close as next year will not have goalie problems in the future as Sandstrom should be their goalie opening day and Hart will be on their AHL waiting in the wings to take over. If they could only find a sniper out of Lindblom, Frost or Rubitsov I'd be happy.

 

Rubitsov is very good. He deserves better than the fans of the hockey team from Philadelphia. Hart could be a future #1 in the NHL.

The team is moving in the right direction Dan, but he's not Saint-yet. Long ass way from contending for the Cup.

If the Eagles can pull off a miracle Sunday night, I will care a lot LESS about the Flyers and winning the Cup! Maybe even never caring again about their Cup chances if the Eagles win the Super Bowl! IF!
