  1. the name doesn't bother me. the tuna and the coconut milk are deal breakers, tho.

Id like to welcome Steven Seagal to the ditch. Long overdue.

I think Doughty is much better. Voynov was hidden. That's not to say Voynov isn't extremely valuable. Defense is way ahead of offense in the league and Voynov can find a shooting lane and really pound a shot. I'm far from sold on what he can do on the back end. He's dependent on the big forwards clogging things up, I don't think he's as well suited on most teams. Tough to say what he'll make, I would think more than Kulikov on a bridge, he might look for 3.5-4 x 4 and Lombardi will have a problem with that.

lol, you should hear what Byfuglien can do. Imagine if Thomas and Byfuglien were on the same team.

    coconut milk?

Sweet Heyzeus, what the hell is that?

    Drew Miller, 3 x 1.35 mil.

If Detroit is going anywhere, he has to be on the 4th line. Not a fan of a 4th line forward getting 3 years in a contract.

  10. "I'm a huge fan of Millsie,'' Red Wings coach Mike Babcock told M-Live.com earlier this month. "Millsie's an important part of this team. When he was out, we missed him."

    NUF SED.

lol, forgot PERIOD. I like Miller as a depth player but I'm not sure Babcock's endorsement means a whole lot in public. The show of faith is in the contract, not the bouquets of sunshine Babcock throws around for almost any player or prospect.

He was also pretty sunny about White this spring too.

  12. Im gonna toot my own horn, who said Ian White was gonna be a terrible move......in every way *STOP* I remember hearing it because of my thoughts on him back when we signed him

  13. Miller is ok, Im not as enamored with him as some of you are and thats a little pricey for a 4th liner but I did want them to resign him. glad hes back but theres much bigger fish to fry - you listening Kenny?

  14.

  15. NUF SED indeed. This is a fair contract and about what I expected. If Holland didn't resign him at all I would have driven up to Detroit and slapped him in the face.

  16. theres a good chance Ill do the same Mo if this offseason goes like the last 3

  17. Color me shocked. Paul MacLean won the Jack Adams. Even though he got half an AHL team to the playoffs I thought Q was a slam dunk. The Blackhawks dominated the regular season without a training camp. I think that's a bit more impressive.

The walrus deserved it with the injuries that team sustained.

Russians or Euro's, great debate. I'll take the injury prone salonites over the drunken radulov's.

Nice pic of the lame nuck fan Bob!

I still don't see how a player like Miller gets more than 1 mil per.

The tuna or other fish in the south pacific is marinated in lime juice for an hour, then coconut milk, sliced purple onions and tomatoes are added (never any heat added). very gude with red table wine or beers with girls on the label. Followed up with cognac that knocks the polish off any furniture.

Q would have won if he didn't hit the blender at bobspeed.

Nucks get Utica, a bazillion miles further away than Chicago. Strange move. Strange move. Strange move. I am at a loss here. Strange move. Strange move....
