Oh yeah. California (and Nevada) is legal. Went shopping there (CA) last May/June. Best shopping venture was in a little town called Oka (Qbc), just outside of MTL. The natives don’t pay taxes on the weed they sell so they undercut the cities’ shops by about half. I brought 5oz and some spares back to NY in August, a couple of weeks before my trip to Mexico.
