That kinda made me choke a little. Gawd. What's up with you guys anyway? Does anyone forget anything ever? Okay if you cross into Ontario and drive north ... head for Collingwood and I'll stand out on the street and wave my arms around. You can pick me up there. We'll listen to music really loud, smoke dubes and drink our faces off. Then we'll drive to Chicagoooooooo ...
Well I'll have to look on a map and find out where Ontario/Collingwood exactly is in Mexico, because that one threw me, but just as long as you make tacos and have plenty of Corona's I'll figure it out.
Mexico .... I forgot about that. Okay you'll have to take a massive detour. I just spent 10 useless minutes looking at maps. I can't even begin to help you tuna. Drive away from Chicago towards Ontario, it's kind of at the top of stuff. Once you get there go swinging by Toronto and go due Southwest ... You'll see Collingwood after about 1.5 hours. Start looking around out your windows and keep your eyes open for a short lady waving her arms around like the mad woman of Borneo.
Tuna, I will give you a shout when I'm headed that way, buddy. I'm planning to take some time in the summer and in the winter, and have both Chicago and North Carolina on my list. Just got to decide which place I'm going in which season. I have spent countless days / nights in sub-freezing weather, and have yet to see snow in my life. I'm going to remedy that this year.
So just because you guys are probably all ace drivers, I wanted to show you how I went into the ditch last Monday, coming home from yoga class. I took the picture the next day and the light was really flat but when my car was in the middle of this disaster it was tilted over on its side. I swear to God I just kept on driving it, I didn't even think about hitting the brakes or taking my foot off the gas. Somehow, by some miraculous thing I managed to pull it out of the ditch and back on the road. All of this happened about 25 yards from my driveway. I also came within 1 foot of hitting the tree and the stump. My husband is now very impressed with my driving ability ...
Baby, I give you all the props - I can't imagine what driving on snow like that must be like. Literally, I can't imagine - I don't know what walking on snow is like. Nope, I haven't seen it in person, yet. Those pictures look gorgeous (though I don't know that I'd want to live in it). I spent months living in Ireland, months living in super-north Georgia, and have spent time in Chicago and North Carolina - freezing temperatures in each. Never a bit of ice or snow. I'm thinking I'll go to NC in the summer and spend the time kayaking, and then to Chicago in the winter for snow and beer. Part of me says to go to Colorado, or somewhere I haven't been yet, but... fuck it. Not too much of a travel guy. Also, I'd take a picture of the weather outside right now, but don't really know how to upload, and I'm at work, so... suffice to say, it's sunny with a breeze. Could be worse.
Damn baby look at all that snow! it's no wonder you Mexicans never talk about that mystical place Ontario Mexico, hell I can't even find it on a map.
I almost feel like you're pulling my leg ... you've actually never walked on snow? "Sunny with a breeze" sounds like heaven. Wherever it is, I want to go ...
LOL tuna!! We're supposed to get warmer temperatures and then maybe some of this snow will disappear. In Ontario, Mexico, that is.
Looking forward to it dline those huge pic's baby posted of Mexico overwhelmed this tiny post, and I missed it. Hell those pic's are even taller than that 4 foot nothing chick.
