Rookie Bush was exciting. Injury or heart?

Lost his hunger for the game after the injury.

I’m going both beach. He lost that explosiveness and I don’t think he’s a student of the game like Spillane who is just a gym rat who watches tape ‘til he falls asleep.

Side note here refs fucked up, let’s not paint Heyward as a choir boy but Stanley should have also gotten a flag. Outcome should have been off-setting penalties. IMHFO

Gotta chance to watch CLE/WAS, MIN/GB and PIT/BAL. Lots of interesting things to take away from all 3, but two quick things on the PIT game...

Pretty sure that Heyward was flagged because of where his hands were located. Anything around the throat and sometimes in the face is going to draw more scrutiny. Still, it was ticky-tack and could have easily been ignored.

Also, on the Pickett to Harris TD - As soon as the pass was completed, I said he was looking for the receiver at the edge and Harris ran up into the ball.

I've watched that play at least a half dozen times now and I still believe he was looking for Sims and Najee just happened to run into the lane of the pass. He looks at Pickens, he looks at Sims, he looks at Najee and goes back to Sims before releasing.

Sometimes, the game has a way of working out the questionable calls all on its own.
