Steelers @ Eagles game thread

I watched the game

 

No, the ball was striped from him from behind. Then he went down.

 

The Eagles defense was all over Pickett most of the game. The oline just can’t block the Eagles pass rush to save their lives.

 

But it cant be the line Steelers fans and pundits everywhere keep saying the line is not that bad (btw anyone saying that is dead wrong).

 

The pick was a bad throw on Picket, he leads Muth instead of trying to put it right on him its a TD!

No way everyone here knows Pickett is not to blame for any of his interceptions it's always the recievers (sarcasm font off)

 

Peyton Manning had like twenty ints his rookie season. Pickett will be fine. If we’re going to have a crap season isn’t it better letting Pickett learn on the job instead of watching Trubisky make the games totally unwatchable? At least the offense is watchable with Pickett.

 

Pickett is not nor will he ever be Manning

 

Whatever, the point is that you can’t judge that a QB sucks from 4.5 games played in his rookie season.

 

I wasn’t ragging on Picket when I made the comment just an observation when I watched the tape back. He will learn and play better next year hopefully when they’ll have better pedigree on the OL.

 

Watching the Philly/Houston game…. Houston marched down the damn field and made it look easy!!!

 

The Eagles look like they didn’t get off the plane. You can’t compare these games.

He certainly did. The Eagles looked so off tonight overall, but the ineptitude of the Texans made it seem like they were fine.

 

Not sure about that, Houston def. Has a better OL than the Steelers, there game plan was to run the ball and PA off of that and they were executing it. I think Philly had the same game plan which is why it didn’t look as explosive, Tennessee torched Houston with their run game and I think Philly saw that and said that’s the way we’re going to attack also. The defense might have been caught off guard a little.

 

Davis missed the game and Cox got injured during the game. Definitely not the same defense
