I see 19, 36, 37, 38, 40, 47, and 50 as the highest rated players left. (Assuming I copied the most recent war board and didn't miss anyone).

Suggesting someone is the steal of the draft during the draft isn't much different than noting that x number of players of the same position were drafted prior. It's a crap shoot and anyone who thinks otherwise is kidding themselves. Perhaps we should just allow one another to be excited for their draft picks? Aren't a majority of us trying to do just that with the Bell selection?

Im pretty sure none of what i said contradicts anything you posted. I was clear in my statement- thus far. that is all. its not unreasonale to make that statement nor is it unwarranted but okily dokily.

I was on cbs, same name I think. Didn't post much (though I was a regular on the FSM thread for a while), but I always used the draft threads as my primary source of draft information.

This was more of a response to Beech (whose opinion I value highly, mind you). We all thought DeCastro was the steal of the draft last year, but if the kid craps the futon it's moot. I'm merely trying to allow for a medium (this thread) that cultivates draft enthusiasm and excitement. Hell, we all wanna pick apart Dallas's 1st round selection, but who's willing to step up and paint egg on their face if this kid hits up a few Pro Bowls?

In the end, collectively we all know just a bit more than conjecture and hope. Let's just enjoy the process, eh?

IRI... #72 is very high on my board too. Doing the research on WR's he was an absolute standout in numbers ans productivity... but m ore so, his team mates and coaching staff were so high on his ability to motivate and lead... made him one of 3 top notch receivers in my book. An absolute lock to take over red zone and over the top for us.

#81 is simply my favorite for TD's and hands and leadership and if you pasted #86 on his gold-n-black jersey you'd hardly notice the difference :)

I'm all over the field We're fast approaching this part of the arena !
