Upon further review here is your DT5 breakdown . 1 4th 1 6th 1 7th and 5 UDFA . There is a reason they moved up for Loudermilk. Guys 6-4/5+ and 280-305 are rare

 

To further extrapolate on my height weight criteria for Steelers getting a DT5.

These are the 5 best DT5’s since the late 90’s
It takes the right HWS to play DE in the Pittsburgh 3-4. No idea where z Gary Dulac is finding one of these in round 1. Only one DT is graded as a first rounder, Jer’Zahn Newton 6-2 295 current ranking 12th best overall.

watched Miami vs. Florida State, to see Kam Kinchens in action. He's not a first round player IMHO, But Keon Coleman is a freak. That to me is a first rounder. Fiske has the measurables, just not flashy. THIS is the draft to get a WR1. Loaded with talent in the top 64 players.

 

Caught the second half of the Ole Miss @ Georgia game. UGA has a really good freshman ILB #33 that does some serious hitting. Brock Bowers is back and looked good, scored a nice TD. There was a big dline man I think he was #92 crushed the Ole Miss’s QB and knocked him out of the game, but the beauty of the tackle is it was about tens yards down field close to the sideline. That big ass dude was fast. I don’t know all the players names but there was some nasty dude’s on that defense. The offense went over 600 yards for UGA. Milton ran over ole miss for a 150 yards and Beck threw for over 350 . They had a freshman RB #0 in late and he ran all over ole miss defense and scored to put the game away 52-14

 

It was 82. I had Tank Dell at 66, saw the talent.

 

I wonder if they put a few lbs. on JT out of Ohio State, he's listed at 6-4 270, kind of a tweener for OLB and DT5. He is certainly worth a first round grade.

 

I get it but, should that be our first priority. I’m thinking S, CB, C, ILB, DL, OT

Horrible! No Kool-Aid, no Fuagua, no JT, no Odunze, no Newton . Ain’t no fucking way Latu over Harrison . I can see omitting Burke and King, possibly Penix and McCarthy but this is not a ressonable mock I’m clearing this one from consideration.

I thought he had a real good game, Steelers are in the market for a ILB for certain. But the Defensive player of the game was Jabbar Muhammad. Oregon State won time of possession, yards, etc. the big difference was two interceptions by Muhammad, who also had 3 PBU's, he was playing out of his mind. Currently and UDFA ranked CB, you have to look at him in April.
