Might as well wait till next year for ILB if they don’t get the Wisconsin LB. Everyone else is either really light or really short.

 

Pick 132 grasshopper. I never expected to see Washington in a Steelers uniform.

I see 3 directions in round 4. LB, OC, WR on the table. Omar knocked it out of the park. Not one, "fire up the caddy" pick. Some of you from CBS will remember me, TheTruth79, and burghball used to say that every time we thought they made a really stupid pick. We were going to load all of us disgruntled fans into the Caddy and storm the Front Office with pitchforks and torches.

I know this sounds frightening, but would it make sense to trade out of 132 and get back into that gap of 110 picks, food for thought.

Teams killing in the draft are The Eagles, The Patriots. The Team that are really sucking ass are The 49ers and the craziest picks have to be Detroit, they are all over the map. Some steals, some reaches. The Fuck You Aaron Draft, Green Bay was going to give Jordan Love weapons, and told Zen Master Ego-Douche to not let the door hit him in the ass on the way out the door. Cowboys reached with some of their picks, especially Shoemaker a full round early.

I initially had Dexter ahead of Benton. But the more I read into it, The young man has a very high character. Speaking of character, how about Brian Branch sticking around, class act. Favorite moment of the draft was the Viet Nam Colonel making the Bengals pick. There were at least 5 people who struggled to say Twenty Twenty Three. Some of the pick callers thought they were at a Snoop Dog Concert, it was cringe worthy. . Kudos to the NFL for having the bone cancer survivor making the Jets pick, Class act.

Are the hoes back with Levis now, even though he lost millions falling out of the first? The best thing to happen to Pittsburgh was actually not Darnell Washington. It was Joey Porter Junior who now has a big chip on his shoulder and will bust his ass to prove all those teams that passed on him in the first round wrong.

As our pick closes in, I admit we are reaching the limit of my pre-draft knowledge. But I have thought about the DB who visited, the brother from WI, the intriguing upside of the Army guy (even though he'd be useless this year-- strictly long-term development), and a couple of WRs.
