All the rest of the talking heads on NFL Network wanted to jabber on about nothing, and Mayock insists on talking football and the draft. The nerve of the man!

 

Haha, im just waiting for a really good game then im at wembley in a heart beat, I waited too long for the vikings PIt a few years back- i didnt realise the demand for football and the tickets sold out in under an hour.

Something's up with NFL.com's draft tracker. It's now five picks behind. I wonder what they are doing over there... :-*

 

I'm sure they're feeling bored over there...

 

I am not a fan of 102. I went into this draft afraid we would take him because the kid is from William & Mary, which is where Tomlin went to school. Tomlin was all chummy with him at the combine. But I thought he had a terrible combine. Maybe I'm being too critical-- others thought he had a fine combine-- but I saw a guy who ran sloppy routes, didn't track the ball well, and dropped a whole lot of the passes that came his way.

 

On second thought, 2k-- He's great, I hope you guys take him. *JOKINGLY*

This NFL Network stuff is hilarious. Now they're giving directions to people AFTER they are on camera. Real amateur stuff and it's stupid.

 

And I'm stuck watching NFL.com's version of the stream. I can't imagine your pain.

 

Multiple sites reported La'el Collins could be picked in the 7th. Think Pitt should take him with their comp pick this round. He's not even a suspect in this. Just looks like NFL teams being unnecessarily risk averse. Really like Ifo too (think he could play deep middle as a FS as well), but doubt Pitt goes there after taking 2 corners.

 

Collins' agents said he would not sign with anyone after the 3rd round, even if drafted, and would re-enter next year's draft.

 

Oh, Nick O'Leary goes to the Bills. I kinda forgot he was involved in this draft.

 

101. Charles Gaines has been taken, so he is off the list. Of course, CB is probably off the list entirely at this point.

 

May be a bluff, the kid will have to go 1 more year with no money and will have gone a year without playing ball. Not like he'll be a first next year.
