not much talking needed really, insane athlete, great first step, speed, and has SO much room to grow, can play both run and pass of the edge, give him a year behind a few vets and he will shine

I had Dupree rated as a bordlerline 2nd rounder, 2 spots above Shane Ray. So Dupree belonged in the low 20's IMO, but the Steelers picked at 22. Gregory was too much of a risk.

I like the pick, lots of upside but we'll see how he develops.

 

He's big but can play both inside and out.
One of the better 1st round picks of the Tomlin era.

 

Not bad. We needed edge rusher or CB here. With the top CBs gone, Dupree was the guy (assuming Gregory and Ray were off the board). So it was good value at the right position. Dupree's got a huge upside. Still, he's something of a boom or bust prospect. The Steelers usually go with more certainty in round one. If Dupree pans out, this is a great pick.

 

I disagee take the CLEAN player with upside over the FOOL with no comprehension of the magnitude of the situation. You KNOW they test for weed, they punish DUI, yet Cheech and Chong continue to puff the pot. they are IDIOTS

 

Broncos traded G Manny Ramirez a 5th this year and next.

 

Bud Dupree is a top 15 talent with ideal size and speed. He was the 3rd best pass rusher in the draft. While he is still a bit raw, he will not be forced into the lineup and will be just fine. He was a stud at UK. We will be just fine.

For those worried about them not selecting a CB...there are plenty left. They can easily grab one tomorrow night.
