I have Houston taking Kevin Johnson.

So what does Houston do? With the top RBs gone, do they go WR?

its a possibility but they could go many different ways here.

  4. Not to dampen expectations, but there are some positions I expect to see a run on very soon.

It's not CB run time, is it?

WR makes a lot of sense. They are also apparently high on Landon Collins.

    Houston will take Breshaud Perryman

That's partially true but the more glaring problem in my opinion is that most people don't really watch many other teams with any conviction. Sure, if there's a prime time game on they'll watch the ball fly around the field but they don't watch closely enough to understand that most teams double the nose and then try to scrape to the LBs. They don't understand how advantageous it is to assign your Center to block a NT one-on-one and let your Guard release to a LB before they can fill a gap.

Then they look up, Pouncey loses one of those one-on-one battles (he can't win them all) and they say, "Damn, Pouncey is overrated" without understanding that 90% of the centers in this league would lose that battle all day long - and I don't mean the trash players. I'm talking about the Jason Kelce, Max Unger, Chris Myers guys that most fans assume are the most talented players at their position because PFF doesn't grade level of difficulty. They grade wins and losses.

Pouncey is special, both Pounceys are special because they do things that most Centers would fail at 10 out of 10 times. Doesn't make them infallible, in fact it makes them more fallible because their coaches and teammates ask them to do things they would dream of asking other guys on the team.

  9. Perriman is still on the board and could help them...

I'd be a horrible GM, because I'd want to trade up....and for many other reasons

    Johnson is gone.

I'm surprised Johnson went this early. Good pick though.

    Didn't see that coming.

If I post weirdly late it's because my internet is having connectivity issues so after I reconnect it can post my old post of a minute or more when it makes no sense.

    I'm saying Armstead.

Do the Steelers take one of the guys with off field issues now?

My starkest recollections were in the Redzone running game where we had several near TDs that ended up being field goals. I just remember him slipping off blocks, but thanks for your astute observation.
