FYI when I picked I had one player in mind. Dupree gone and the 26th guy in DJ's list would have been Colbert's pick. If 2K had not jumped up for Collins @ 21 I would gave not taken him, I have a few DB's ranked higher with ball skills.

Seams like most of us are on the same wagon with Dupree and Collins

I think Pj Williams would make a better SS than cover corner.
DUI, so ! How many if us, especially the older guys have driven after
    Having a couple beers?

Beating woman, illegal drugs agreed big red flag.
    2nd/3Rd round I'd take him.

    Roc,
That ended it was a 4 rounder, this is a new one with a full 7 rounds. So far:

    22. Marcus Peters CB Washington

Problem is his pattern, this is strike 2 *NO*

Peters>COllins in terms of talent, And i tthought about staying pat really hard but i was almost sure i would lose both by then and didnt really want to risk it. I looked at BPA then thought that plugging in Collins would make so much more sense then taking peters with Smith on the roster already, it was a toughy. I would have been happy with either and will be if it happens on tthe day.

I had numerous talks about trading up higher to grab Dupree, but i couldnt make it work, it was proving too costly and would have involved a 3rd which i was not comfortable doing so i had to sit tight and wait.

    Collaboarative Draft so far:

    1, Marcus Peters, CB, Washington
    2. Nate Orchard, OLB, Utah

  9. StlCrtn Franchise Player Steelers

I like the Orchard pick a lot. Considering the run on CB, he was probably the best available and has a ridiculous burst coming off the snap.

    Collaborative so far:

    1. Marcus Peters
    2. Nate Orchard
    3. Marcus Golden

yeah I doubled up on OLB,, it is a huge uncertainty and the key to the defense.

looking at maybe a RB,, S, TE in the next round.

So I am headed to bed, i thought I would post what I have managed to do so far with my two teams-just looking for feedback:

    Baltimore Ravens-
1_ Landon Collins S Alabama- traded up to 21 to grab him
    2- Phillip Dorsett WR Miami
3- David Johnson RB Northern Iowa

Personally, I would be very happy if the ravens managed that in the real thing.

    Seattle Seahawks

    No first rounder
2- Dorial Green-beckham WR Oklahoma - traded up a fair way to grab him.
3rd- Jeremy Langford RB Michigan State

I like the DGB pick for the hawks, because i really think it fits need and bpa and seems like a risk they would take. I lost a lot of guys as my pick approached, so i went BPA on my board.

Also RE: SEAHAWKS, i should note i picked them up in the middle of the first round, so i hadnt done too much research.

    Fun stuff so far.

Do you guys really think the Steelers would consider Peters? I get he has all the talent in the world but with minimal veteren presence on the team and we just lost a huge part of that with Troy retiring, I don't think they'll take a chance on someone with character concerns, especially in the first round, that's a huge gamble.

The interview will hve sorted that out. He came in for a visit, so off the board is not realistic. Steelers have taken chances on kids before; Ta;Amu, Rainey, Holmes,, I think the second DUI on PJ Williams is more damning than getting kicked off a team. I have read his teammates support him and if he was such a Doucharino, then Washington would have excluded him from their Pro Day. The fact that they let him work out, means the fences were mended. JMHFO.

To add to that Peters situation, give him the right locker room and he will suceed. Putting him on Miami with South Beach etc.., right now I would be concerned,, they seemed dsyfunctional.

    Sammie Coates WR Auburn

    Cameron Clear TE Texas A&M

    Quenton Spain OL WVU

    interesting list

    enjoy,

Besides Marcus Peters, Kevin Johnson and Byron Jones are suddenly both well within our range in the first round. If we don't pick Peters, don't think that means we don't go corner, which is now the position that seems most likely for us by far.

    Collabrative so far:

    1. Marcus Peters
    2. Nate Orchard
