When I read this the two ACL tears in the same knee caught my attention. Is anyone familiar with him? Is it a good signing?

I read he's a real high-character guy....won some leadership awards. I think he may have had 3 knee injuries...meniscus or something in addition to the ACls....snake bit thus far. I think he's had a year off to get fully healthy and put up good numbers at the Miami Pro Day....good signing for competition and depth at OLB.

PJ Williams just lost some money

I thought Pj would make a good SS.
One of negatives on him is he doesn't get his head around in
coverage. This reminds me of Curtis Brown.
So unless he's a 3rd or later round pick, I am no longer pounding the table. Not that I was making a whole lot of noise for him anyway.

Washington just had their pro day. I was really looking forward to this one.

The Ravens are hoping Marcus Peters falls to them. He looked exceptional in all the drills.

Shaq Thompson met with the Chargers and Panthers. He's not a target of us or our rivals, so I'm not paying him much mind.

Word is Danny Shelton isn't as popular among war room personnel as he is among pundits and talking heads. Scouts recognize his talent but consider him one-dimensional. He almost certainly isn't a top 10 pick.

Hau'oli Kikaha timed just under 5 seconds in the forty and wasn't much faster in the other drills. That combined with his medical has stricken him from the boards of several teams.

Speaking of the Ravens, they also seem very interested in Maryland WR Stefon Diggs.

Two DUI, cross that jackass off my board. We had TauAmu eff up on booze ,what a waste of a 4th rounder, still not as bad as Landry MF Jones. *ROSE*

I think the Steelers go CB in round one, because Dupree will be off the board. Eli Harold is not a first round talent, and if they select him, they are reaching. JMFO. Besides, I would rather they go with a cat like Preston Smith, a hybird DE, OLB who can hold up on the strong side. I saw a mock with Hoodie taking Byron Jones. Man I like the kid, but would not root for him if that happens. I think they need to go DL, teams are going to truck over them without Wilfork in the middle.

For the record, I disagree with Shelton being a one dimensional player. He had some sacks, and preessure up the middle. I mean he takes the Center and turns him into a blocking sled. If he is there at 22, I would have no problem with the pick, or Eddie Goldman. I think he has a big upside and can play anywhere on the DL. That kid is very big and very talented.

My best case scenario is that teams load up on WR, OL, and RB in the first half of round 2 pushing a OLB back to Pittsburgh. I am not as high as some on Nate Orchard, he could be another one year wonder. Middle rounds, I think a guy like Anthony Chickillo would make a great LOLB, high effort guy with size. He has experience playing the 5,,but would be a LB in the Steelers sytem. But..... he is a chess piece for Butler to move around, he is big enough to line up in the inerior on passing dowsn. Again, his motor is non-stop..

Teams passing on Cooper and White that pick in the 32 and up range will look at Dorsette out of Miami, Aghular out of USC, and it is entirely possibe that Perriman is still sitting there. On Draftek, the biggest WR risers are McBride, Bell, Hardy. Ahem, cough, copycats, Ahem. *SHADES* *SHADES* *SHADES* Looks like it is 2009 all over again when I told everyone about Wallace, but Beach will tell you I had mid round guys who I thought were good. Knox, Collie, and Gibson were steals where they were taken

He just went 20th in the collaborative draft. It's on the NFL draft message board. I have 2 choices, both good picks, waiting on the Bengals to select.

    Round 1
1 Tampa Bay DT: Leonard Williams, USC
2 Tennessee QB: Jameis Winston, Florida State
3 Jacksonville DE/OLB: Dante Fowler Jr., Florida
4 Oakland WR: Kevin White, West Virginia
5 Washington DE/OLB: Vic Beasley, Clemson
6 New York Jets QB: Marcus Mariota, Oregon
7 Chicago WR: Amari Cooper, Alabama
8 Atlanta DE: Shane Ray, Missouri
9 New York Giants OT: Brandon Scherff, Iowa
10 St. Louis CB: Trae Waynes, Michigan State
11 Minnesota WR: DeVante Parker, Louisville
12 Cleveland DT: Danny Shelton, Washington
13 New Orleans OLB: Randy Gregory, Nebraska
14 Miami RB: Todd Gurley, Georgia
15 San Francisco DE: Arik Armstead, Oregon
    16 Houston S: Landon Collins, S
17 San Diego RB: Melvin Gordon, Wisconsin

20 Philadelphia CB: Marcus Peters, Washington

It's Kevin Johnson because the futher mucking Bungholes just took Dupree. Landon Collins is another option.

If we're going BPA could be Lael Collins.

    Beach,

Everything I've read indicates OLB,, CB in the first two rounds,, I took the best one of those two poistions. We agreed Harold was not a first rounder, Johnson I like better than Jalen Collins. I am not sure they would go OT in round one, JMFO.

I think that if the Steelers have shown us anything its that the first round is never about need. Its always about taking the best football player. I like the Johnson pick and would love to see them address CB early, but I don't think they will pigeon-hole themselves into taking only a CB or an OLB.

I wasn't aware you had turned the pick in when I posted Collins. I was just throwing a name out there. I'm fine with Johnson. He could easily end up on the Steelers if Peters is gone.

I made just a few changes to my list, including adding Cameron Erving from FSU. I don't have an aversion to picking OL in the first two rounds because if he can help the Steelers score 3 more points per game he's just as good as a defensive player who reduces the other team's scoring by 2 points per game.

    Trae Waynes CB
    Brandon Scherff OG
    Malcom Brown DT
    TJ Clemmings OT
    Shane Ray DE
    Kevin Johnson CB
    Andrus Peat OT
    Cameron Erving OL
    Jalen Collins CB
    Arik Armstead DL
    Alvin Dupree OLB
Landon Collins SS --- upon further review I would rather not see a liability in coverage, even at SS.
    PJ Williams CB
    Eli Harold OLB
    Tre Jackson OG
    Owanagbe Odighizuwa DE
    Preston Smith DE
Randy Gregory DE --- reconsidered because of drug test failures. Not worth the risk at #22.
    Jake Fisher OT
    Maxx Williams TE
    David Cobb RB
    Nate Orchard DE
    Hau'oli Kikaha OLB
    Clive Walford TE
    TJ Yeldon RB
    Alex Carter CB
    Byron Jones CB
    David Johnson RB
    Za'Darius Smith DE
    Eric Rowe CB
    Chris Conley WR
    Jeremy Langford RB
    Tony Lippett WR
    Kenny Bell WR
    Markus Golden DE
    Jesse James TE
    James Sample SS
    Blake Bell TE

I'm jumping on the Quentin Rollins bandwagon in the 2nd if he's there. I don't care if they take a CB in round one, I love everything about Rollins.

Quentin Rollis just went in the Collaborative. I got a few targets, text me if interested or email, or PM, whatever works.

code would be good on here as this is Live4sports most viewed thread.

Not sure if he fits but #20 would be a steal at 57 but Colbert will pick 62. Of my top 26 only 1 player is left. 28 would be another steal, but not a need. 31 is too early and 41 is on my radar.
