Anyone seen the Steeler's Depot Mock, they are pushing Kenny Bell. AHEM. BTW, they also have a profile, meet Cam Thomas, CB, Kentucky. Unless you want the next Toast Patterson, stay clear of him. He got lit up in 2014 like Rockefellar Center at Christmas.

Their first round pick, I like Kevin Johnson. Nate Orchard in the Second, meh, I like Marcus Golden better because Orchard is one of those one year wonder types. Third round is Clive Warford, yeah I can see it. Round 4 is a head scratcher, Ipo Epkre-Olomu , I happen to agree with Ed Bhigschitte on this one, not a Steeler type of player, I would go with David Cobb all day instead, would be a steal in round 4. If you want a slot CB, Steve Nelson is healthy. Round 5, Durell Eskridge. I mean do they read my mind or what. (or this site *WRITE* ) I told you guys about this guy a long time ago, not too may 6-3" DB's that can play in the NFL. Round 6, Kyle Emmanuel of of ND State. Truthfully I know next to nothing about him, but I prefer the Kid out of Michigan State, Rush. Round 6 comp pick, is Kenny Bell. Geez they come up with this a half year afterwards. LOL. Round 7 Bobby Hart, OG, FSU. bb is the expert on OL, I suck at evaluationg them, I am much better at late round DL guys. But..... Sean Hickey is a Steeler, write that down. Tough, can play OT, OG, strong, durable as far as I read.

I dunno beach that whole Texas draft pick scares me. LOL. Superstition alert: Limas Sweed, Cutris Brown. In the Depot Mock, David Cobb was still available. I think you can find a slot CB later on, but Cobb is an upgrade over Archer and Harris, JMFO. Heck even the local beat (off) writers are sour on Archer even though Haley says give him another year. I saw NOTHING from him last year that screams 3rd round pick. In essence we traded roster spots with Mike Wallace for him, comp pick 97. He cannot even play ST, he mucks soose at this point. Heck even Stefan Logan had more value, and he was a UDFA from Canada.

Back to CB, slot guys. That kid out of Louisville remind me of W. Gay, who came from Louisville,
Charles Gaines. Not much talk about Safety, sure Eskridge is a bid dude, I saw a Syracuse game and liked him and Hickey, but the S out of Arizona, Damorius Randall, that kid can flat out cover, and hit. He reminds me of Ryan Clark, but with better feet and less personal Fouls. His stock is ascending, so he's probably out of range. I think he's a better pick than Rowe, but what the he11 do I know.

worse than that none of the texas guys have ever worked out for the steelers Tony Hills, Mike Adams wr, Kirk McJunkin, John Goodson, and Charles Vaclavik

 

I draft as the Rams GM and I'm in here all the time, lots of people draft for a team other than their favorite team so it makes sense others would see it.

Hampton was a first-round pick. I don't know what logic this follows, especially when taking into account the fact that jeanquev's list of players includes some that predate Hampton.

Okay how about this one. Both UConn and Florida State have their pro day on Tuesday, the big draw is FSU, and a couple of CB's in Williams and Darby that grade out late 1st to 2nd rounders. Also Byron Jones, the UCOnn DB that broke the World record for the long jump. It will be interesting to see who shows up in Connecticut, which teams have a GM or a few token scouts.
Demo, you should watch this, and it might sway who you give Jones to in round two. We never really discussed him much, but what if he is sitting there in round 2 and we don't like any of the Edge rushers?

Back to Texas, RECENT DRAFTS have given us a plethera of schitty prospects, Hampton was 15 years ago guys
