It's over at 6 so I'll be able to watch it but I'm stuck with Kiper for the 1st round. I go home Friday so I'll be good for that day and Saturday.

 

Make sure you keep count on Kiper, because no one else can stomach watching him and we all have the NFL Network.

 

I'll try, but I'll be jumping between that and the Pens game that night.

Back in '79 I was a Jr @ CCSC driving a Custom Chevy van with 3 on the tree. Eating magic brownies, drinking Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill, and listening to Foghat, Aerosmith, and BlackbSabbath. I wore a Disco Sucks T-shirt, I still had all my hair; long, blonde, curly, bushy, I looked like a crazy dandelion.

My problem with Elam (for the one who mentioned me and him in the same post a page back, I think StlCrtn) is only the idea that he's anything but a massive reach in round 1. I actually wouldn't mind having him on the team if we picked him in round 2.

Most of that talk has died down, thankfully, because the idea is pure sugar pill.

I'll be here for Thursday, but I may not see all of Friday. Hopefully I'll be present for all of round 3 at least.

My Pap's 72 Ford Galaxie .... 351 Cleveland engine.. Metal on the thing was crap - but the engine was sweet...

The First vehicle I owned was Chevy pickup - black - short bed - straight 6 - carb sucked... and no power... manual tranny and no bells or whistles.... and the rockers rusted out in 2 years.... what a piece of sh...t

I added a few players, Reggie Dunn WR/KR from Utah, had 10 kickoffs handled, 4 of them he brought to the house. DeWayne Cherrington, NT, 6-2 335, you can't coach that size and he played at Miss. State, so you have SEC competion. Stansly Maponga, TCU, could convert to OLB. Another interesting find was Quanterus Smith out of W. Kentucky, very productive pass rusher. Tore his ACL missed the last 3 games and still had 12,5 sacks. Okay why the hype, 3 of those sacks came against Alabama.

Also a couple of RB's CJ Anderson out of Cal, and out of Stony Brook Miguel Maysonette.

my point is we are all looking for something we want in this draft, don't know what it looks like, but we want the Steelers to get one.

That video makes me glad I'm only 48 going on 49 during the 2nd rd of the draft.

That is a good point though, that we want a ring dang doo. Never had any magic Brownies before but I did have some magic mushrooms, tabs and microdots.
