    Ny,

Nice catch!! I went up state PA last early April - it was snowing.. blowing... white caps on the lake (Hunter's in Sullivan County) - Stayed out in that weather for 7 hours.. I catch one trout(nice rainbow) at about 3:30 in the afternoon on a gold colorado spoon.. packed it in after that... Loved it though

Couple weekends ago - march 23 - was on the yough river in Ohio Pyle - got skunked - should have been fishing the bottom - my mistake..... hind sight 20/20... much like the draft.

    enjoy,

    bb

Yeah I got two Browns and Rainbow. And no that does not mean there is hope and sunshine in Cleveland..... :)

I am back on my game, looking at round 5, not targetting a specific position but there are many of one type of player available and I think I can get good value. After that, 3 more picks, BPA, other than QB. With Glennon in the bank, no need for another one.

Glennon if he works out, will be a valuable commodity in the future, the same as Hoodie is hoping Ryan Mallet will be trade bait one day. Or Babybunch may get another hit and..... they got nobody. Matt Cassell, what were the Chiefs thinking, oh yeah he went 11-5. Two things about that season. 8 games were against the AFC & NFC West, badk when they sucked ass. I mean you could almost penciil in 7 wins right there. Naturally the Bahston fans were up in arms because they missed the playoffs...... LOL.

I will not discuss players still available but here is what I want the REAL war room to listen to.
Kevin Colbert I am pounding the table for:

Robert Woods, Earl Wolff, Travis Kelce, JJ Wilcox, Steadman Bailey, Jon Cooper, Jordan Taylor, Jonathon Franklin, Brian Schwenke, Barret Jones, Jamie Collins.

I would hate it if they picked: The Honey-Pole smoker, (because he is a punk-ass puke and a midget). Oday Aboushi,(SP), TJ McDonald, Tony Jefferson, Braxton Cave= suckfest.

NY, what do you think of that top 100 list? Specifically the first 32?

  5. nybites M.V.P. Steelers UCONN

I looked at the overall list, he has Patterson falling and I think Hayden over Milliner, he may be going against the grain that is the boldest call on a CB I've seen to date. Pugh and Long top 32, geez I like them top 50.

Past the top 32, I like 51 better than his ranking for sure, and Woods at 45, crap I hope he's right, he would be able to contribute in 2013 if Pittsburgh took him at 48.

What I try to do is to say, yeah this is ranking, Mayock's version, not any team board. Ogletree is pretty low, and holy moly Jessie Williams at 97th. WOW. But this is not a mock, OT and QB are always going to have more value.

Yeah, I just didn't know if any of those guys were out of place. Overall I think 12, 14, and 18 are too high - otherwise I don't have a problem with the top 20. Don't start me on 23, I just can't imagine him ranked that high.

Haven't looked at the war board lately - any updates coming?

  7. After his pro day...he better mover Tank Carradine up from 56....amazing to run a 4.75 after tearing ACL in Nov. Probably goes 1st round now

  8. nybites M.V.P. Steelers UCONN

    I agree with that 100% I think I have him 30th.

    LTS,

yes some changes coming, if you have an interest in it, just give me numbers and initials and tell me too high, too low. Off the top of my head I have 10 players missing. On WR, I feel I over-rated Patton and under-rated both Dobson and Williams.

I got some targets for later on, I will PM you guys not involved in the collaborative draft the numbers.

Ok, MG was off the board I take it, and settled for randle.

  13. nybites M.V.P. Steelers UCONN

Randle is only a Junior, and we know how Tomlin likes underclassmen. I think mid 5th is a value pick. I will PM you with my target for round 6.

For whatever reason, I was going through the Raiders 1st round picks as far back as 1999. I have got to say Janikowski might be the best one, which isn't a knock on him. The fact that a Kicker is your best first round pick in the past 13 drafts should be pretty telling of an organization. Obviously Asomugha deserves some consideration, but Janikowski has the time and overall consistancy...even if he is a kicker.

Of course you can't believe anything that caches and GMs are saying this time of year, but some teams think Jonathan Franklin will be the first RB drafted.

  17. nybites M.V.P. Steelers UCONN

I think he goes much earlier than expected. 3 down back, very high character and a hard worker.

bites, I have looked for this kids name in any and all draft pick rags I could lay my hands on and he is nor mentioned in one. How could this kind of talent be so under the radar ? Are you suggesting he has character issues ?... I don't see why he's not included in the elite backs book... Arkansas is not chopped liver and he's a talent

Have I gone wrong here or is he someone you want on your team if he's available?

So guys how much do you think the recent trade between the buccs and the Jets will affect the draft before the 17th pick, does this guarantee that a CB will be taken at either the 9th or 13th pick?
