So i managed to find some tape on Ulrick John, the Colts 7th rounder. Again, I'll have to give Grigson and co. the benefit of the doubt for now. He has some anchor on him. Looked really good against lower competition. His QB/offense is so bad though that you hardly ever get to see him on the field. Gotta wait for preseason I guess.

As long as they didn't screw up and draft Urkel by mistake, they'll be fine with the pick.

Also I'm a bit surprised L'Damian Washington didn't go yet. I thought someone would take him to be a gunner on kick and punt returns. He was a lot slower than expected in his workouts and that probably hurt him but I think he is faster in pads. The film shows.

 

And the 49ers grab a FB, Trey Millard, to wrap up their draft.

 

Oops ! Also missed Martavis Bryant by the Steelers at 4-118. *SORRY*

 

A dozen picks for the 49ers. LOL I thought they actually had closer to 15.

 

And the Niners get Millard too. Man, embarrassment of riches over there. I'm just getting upset now. Not that they are currently better, but that they have so much more potential for future talent, whether it's redshirt players or just draft picks.

 

That's cause at different times they had like 26, just traded out of most of them.

 

Bears take Charles Leno. Good pick IMO.

 

I'm guessing I'm not the only one looking at some of the names still on the board, some of the later names our teams have taken, and thinking something along the lines of whiskey tango foxtrot.

I feel really bad being slightly disappointed in Beau Allen when the Steelers fans were pissed he went. lol. I just wanted another LB or DB.
