or the smartest (least likely)
Mack

 

I say Mack goes to the Raiders next.

The trade itself is great for Cleveland, but the Bills have to believe Watkins is a top 5 NFL receiver in the making. It doesn't look good on paper to mortgage your franchise's future on a WR.
