You mean the other guys are getting chippy?

I like the Crowell pick. I prefer James White there because I know more about him, but Crowell was the highest RB left on the board. I think he would be the better pick if he keeps his head out of his backside.

 

Crowell May not be on their board but we don't know that so I stuck to the board I set up.

 

I have my doubts about that. Even Alabama State got sick of him, complete me first player.

 

That's what you're supposed to do, trust your research. I'm not knocking the pick at all.

 

The worst thing about RBs is also the best thing - with rare exceptions, their careers are so short that you don't need to worry about a second contract with many of them. Because this was a 5th round pick you are hoping to catch lightning in a bottle. Low risk, high reward in this case.

 

My 10 Bold Predictions for the 2014 NFL
DRAFT:

1. Deonne Buchanon goes in the first round.
2. A.J. McCarren is taken after Tom Savage
3. St. Louis will trade twice in round 1
4. The Browns will pass on a Johnny Football
5. Hoodie will stay at 29
6. Aaron Donald gets drafted before Jake Matthews
7. More RB's are taken in round 2 over QB's
8. 6 WR go in round 1
9. Michael Sam does not get drafted
10. Jets move up in round 2 for Austin Sefarian-Jenkins

 

One can only hope.

Had to fix one my cut & paste over -lapped and Jeff Janis & Matt hazel were mixed up, Janis went to Saginaw Valley

 

A good choice. I also like St. Pauli Girl Special Dark in that situation.

It's not even that that I worry about though, it is the talk from his own coach that he would just take himself out of games for very minor bumps and bruises. Just smells like a locker room stinker. Maybe as a UDFA but I don't want them to waste a pick on a guy like that.
