    Yeah but Baltimore has no

    Picks will save their Azz

  2. gidion72 Legend Steelers

Who the heck did Baltimore lose that have them all those comp picks ?

  3. Ellerbe and Kruger were the big 2

  4. nybites M.V.P. Steelers UCONN

    Has to be more they got a 3rd, 2 4th's, & a 5th
    :-*

  5. Baramay Guest

    4th for Cary Williams
    5th for Ed Reed

  6. gidion72 Legend Steelers

Don't tell me they got something good for over the hill Reed.

  7. nybites M.V.P. Steelers UCONN

I have rounds 4,5 done lots of typing to do *WRITE* I need to fix a few things: Oakland is not going WR WR and Tampa is not going DE DE *REF* Also it's Weston Richburg I got "Adam"
Richman from man vs. Food , sounds similar *OK*

  8. nybites M.V.P. Steelers UCONN

Didn't Houston cut him. How the fire truck does that work? And then he was more or less a shell
    Of himself with the J E S T . Sound like a steaming
Pile of horse plops to me *KISSING*

  9. steelersking M.V.P. Steelers

Think it goes off the contract they signed, and Reed contract was fairly big wasn't it?

  10. Baramay Guest

The size of the contract is what gets comp picks. The other downside is that if a player is cut, it does not count against a team signing them. So for example Denver signed Demarcus Ware who was cut by Dallas. The high contract does not count against Denver's ability to get comp picks for Denver due to players lost. Baltimore plays this game better than anyone, that is why they did not lose comp picks for signing Dumervil. This should be changed, since when a player is cut he becomes a free agent able to sign with any team, but as of now it does not affect comp pick distribution.

  11. LoveTheSteelers Franchise Player Steelers

Why do you think that policy should be changed? The compensatory system is designed to protect teams who lose their own free agents by balancing what you lose to other teams vs. what you take from other teams.

If a player is released he is a street free agent and it has no affect on the player's original team. So to me it makes sense that you are not penalized for signing Dumervil or Ware, because their original team severed ties with them. I'm just curious why you would change that system.

    I may be behind here, but just saw the official draft order. Pittsburgh gets 15, 46, 97, 118, 157, 173, 192, 215, and 230.

somehow I'm off a number, and I don't like the Billy Turner pick with Eugene Monroe signed. Help me out guys, find the mistakes, look for duplicates, look for guys that don't fit, look for teams I went too heavy on one side of the ball, or one position.

    Thanks in advance.

    NY - YOu got a 159 stuck between 169 and 170...

    169. SF 49ers- Jay Prosch, FB, Auburn
    159. Denver Broncos- Nat Behre, SS, South Dakota State
    160. Seattle Seahawks- Jeff Janis, WR, Saginaw Valley State

    Love our 5th round :)

    enjoy,

    And I'm guessing 170 - 174 comes after 169 .. not 160-164...

that's what staring at numbers all day can do for ya...

    enjoy,

Ok I was watching film on Yawin Smallwood on YouTube, and I think Vince Williams is better than him, so this guy would be an insurance policy in case Sean Spence cannot perform after his injury. Seems to have good instincts, maybe a step faster than Williams, but smaller. Needs to hit the weight room.

Does anyone know who #28 is for U CONN? He seemed to always be around the ball against Louisville.

Ny, I also saw this in the 4th round:

36 (136). Detroit Lions (compensatory selection)
37 (137). New York Jets (compensatory selection)
38 (138). Baltimore Ravens (compensatory selection)
39 (139). Atlanta Falcons (compensatory selection)
40 (140). New England Patriots (compensatory selection)

You do not show the Jets at 137, and you have Cincinnati at 140 in the 5th instead of the Pats at 140 in the 4th.

EDIT::: I was wrong in my explanation, but this is what you show:

    136. Detroit Lions- Ross Cockrell, CB, Duke
    137. Baltimore Ravens, Xavier Grimble, TE, USC
    138. Atlanta Falcons- Cody Latimore, WR, Indianna
    139. Blake Ammen, TE, Cincinaatti
    Round 5

    140. Houston Texans- Jordan Tripp, OLB, Montanna

  19. nybites M.V.P. Steelers UCONN

Could be Taylor Mack. Also Smallwood drops something Williams struggles with

  20. So power back is out of the picture. Look for speedy guys now. McKinnon and Archer are my top choices.
