If the Patriots are the establishment team What are we now, the anti-establishment team by not even going out for anthem? As I said, I don't care anymore, just asking the question
Come on Dupree.....running downhill full speed and you nudge a running back....who of course bounces off. Anybody on either side of the ball come to play today? You can almost script these bad road losses to bad opponents. Turnovers Penalties Early execution flaws Bad Ben Defensive fire absent
One things for sure, not even going out for the anthem prolly didn't sit well with Patriotic players on our team ... did you hear everyone boo when Steelers finally came out? That wasn't just an opposing team boo by a home crowd. Maybe some of our players are protesting Tomlin's decision by a lack of effort, or maybe some had the wind taken out of their sails by Tomlin creating drama, or maybe it was just a stupid diversion he created and a big distraction so now our players lost focus on football More likely the NFL is addicted to drama and story lines .... this is prolly all part of the show Regardless, what does Tomlin expect ? That next week he won't still have same problem of some on his team wanting to kneel? If it's a justification for staying in locker room during anthem this week than it is one for next week too? Our great country and sport continues to Political / Sports theatre.
Maybe Ben hurt his throwing arm a little on that sack where he held the ball too long and now he is forced (much to our benefit) to throw the shorter open passes that he should have been throwing all along to get us into scoring position.
That blatant helmet to helmet hit that knocked James out of game that curiously wasn't called a penalty stinks
