Nope, neither of those two are in the top 5

Tough one. Lessee...I'd start with Beltre, obviously...Biggio, Yount, and Palmeiro. Brock, Winfield, Murray, Ripken. I think Jeter came close a few times, don't think he ever won one, though. What's that 9? Yeah that's all I got

    9 plus the other 2 is 11.

One is also the active hits leader. One is a SS who won a batting title. And the other three I guess would generally be considered in the mold of light-hitting OF'ers similar to Hamilton, but they're all older than him. (edit - disclaimer...one of them did have one spectacular offensive season he never repeated before or since, though)

Just looked out of curiosity...Hamilton is 13th on the active list, Gordon is 10th

  13. Underdog Franchise Player Patriots

Ellsbury is correct, #5. Beltre and Gardner are not. Still looking for 1 (someone with more hits than Beltre), 3 and 4 (two journeymen OF'ers)

  14. Catfish Guest

^^ well if beltre has 3000 hits, is it ichiro?

  15. Underdog Franchise Player Patriots

    Yes, Ichiro is #1

Probably beat the horse enough on the other two...

    Rajai Davis is #3
    Michael Bourn is #4
