How in the world did I miss that George Romero passed away earlier this year (July 16). Godfather of the dead passes away and I didnt catch it frack me.
i told you i had a falling out with my bitch cousin from there. i rather be dead than associate with newfie or that cunt bitch!
I thought your family came into the US via Nfld. Newfies are kind hearted people in general, there's that story about how they took in Americans during 9/11.
they did 100 yrs ago. that has nothing to do with me now. my cousin is not kind hearted. she's a cold hearted bitch.
Illogical response. One cold hearted bitch from Newfoundland does not equal ALL Newfies are cold hearted bitches (or pricks).
i really don't care lyman. im sure newfies are great people. i just don't care. my cousin would brag how great it is etc and how great canada is vs the US even though she spent 25 of her life in the US. to me her going home is the best thing for our country. go back to where you belong bc you no longer support the US! Good riddance.
It might not have anything to do with you now, but it's part of your history which is part of your identity.
Nfld is made up of small towns on an island, which is very rural. If your cousin spent 25 years in a big US city, then she would just be expressing an opinion of rural vs urban lifestyle and mistakening it for canada vs US.
^no skinny- she said time and time again Canada is better than the US. She's fucking pond scum! My Grandparents immigrating from Ireland to Newfoundland is their history. hell I never even met my Dad's parents as they died in the 1950's! It's their history. i'm leading and living my own. look as long as my cousin is there im not changing my views of her or the situation. I'm sure Newfie is awesome. My sister loved it 3 years ago. As long as my cousin resides there - i don't give 2 shits about her it or the place or how awesome it is per her.
She's pond scum because you think she's a bad person, not because she likes canada better than the US. It's all about culture, your grandparents passed down attitudes and customs that are part of Nfld to your parents, which passed them down to you. You may not see it, but it's part of your make up. My great-grand-father immigrated to the US in 1909 and lived in NY for 11 years. What does this have to do with me today? This had a lot to do with my family history and how they came to be. My grandfather (my dads dad) immigrated to the US in 1923, he spent 9 years in NY and 2 years in niagara falls, canada. This experience was a big influence in my dads family. All this gets passed down to us, and it is part of who we are today.
i hear man. my sister loved the history up there and she is tracing back our roots from there to ireland. it's all great. as long as my cousin is there, i don't give 2 shits about her, newfoundland, the history or anything else. she shoved canada is the best and newfoundland is awesome in my face for 5 long years and i put up with it. now we no longer speak, i hate and loathe that bitch and thinks she has a real short memory of the US she lived in and sponged off of for 25 yrs.
Nfld became part of Canada in 1949, they have their own culture. They're pobably the most different of all Canadians, not a true representation of the average canook.
