RIP Thread... pile them up in here

Since when was LSD and Coke an excuse.... ive survived both and am alive without them now (thank God). Poor guy just didn't find the answer, just like a billion before him. Sad.

 

I didn't say it was an excuse, I'm just pointing out that all wasn't right, and probably depression too.

 

he had a personal war with Guy Fieri that was nasty and lasted years. I don't think they ever buried the hatchet.

 

At the end of the day, he was most likely suffering from depression.
He was more than just a chef, he wrote some real good books and was a political commentator and world traveller. His show "parts unknown", did a lot to open people up to other parts of the world.
I found him annoying at times, but he did take the viewers to parts unknown.

 

What about adam richman, man vs.food? He said that when he watched his show he was always hoping that he would croak on the set.

 

yep - him too. not cool with wish death on someone unless your me with 7 death planes crashing in the Florida swamps. lol.

 

I wish I would have expressed myself differently... your right and I didn't mean to sound cocky... for that I apologize.

To this day, guy fieri has no idea why he hated him.

 

yeah. we discuss fieri on the other thread and many people dislike him and say he's a fake, phony and totally created for tv. Bourdain just kept going after him and when Fieri's NYC restaurant had terrible opening day reviews, Bourdain kept on the gas pedal with insults.

 

RIP Anthony Bourdain.

Never really cared followed Guy Fieri - too "mass market" for me. And I really dislike gluttony challenges, so Richman isn't high on my list.

Bourdain and Zimmern I could watch all day.

The cancer is back and the doctors say there's nothing they can do.

He posted online at The Washington Post a couple of hours ago, that it's a matter of weeks.

I'm going to miss that guy.

 

I think we learned that after Robin Williams

 

Williams' condition got worse because it was misdiagnosed as Parkinson's. He had Lewy Bodies which actually gets worse with Parkinson's treatment. Makes your life in your head a living hell awake and asleep.

 

Krauthammer is the good guy at fox, but not gone yet, so should we put mcCain here too?
